Walmart Supercenter

Quite possibly the most incompetent WAL-​MART in existence. Would almost be impressive if it was so madly frustrating.
3 out of 3 attempted trips here I have shopped online and called to confirm inventory, 3 out of 3 «yep, we’ve got it». Only to show up and not be helped and told «yeah, not sure who told you that. Don’t have it.»
Save yourself the live-​action Frogger of the surrounding neighborhood, clueless employees and useless inventory system. Buy online and deliver for a few bucks more or just head to Target. That’s what I did

This is the worst Walmart I have ever shopped at. Lots of predators and thieves shop there. Even the employees are scary. The cashier rang up my stuff, but I decided to check my bags to make sure everything was there. It wasn’t. And it was no where to be found. It was on my receipt though. The nasty cashier made me go to customer service and ask for my money back after I insisted I wasn’t leaving without the item, or my money back. I’m certain she pocketed the item. Also, while shopping over in the fabric area a guy asked me if I worked there… then he asked me why I was buying fabric. Really? Like it’s any of his business! He then asked if I do business on the outside… perfect way to get someones phone number and address so he could scam them, or worse. Also, besides the stalkers inside, they are also on the outside. They sit in their cars, or walk around the parking lot waiting for an opportunity to rob someone.

I am currently in the midst of the worst Walmart experience ever, thanks to my rude, complaining cashier.
6:03 pm on register 17. This cashier has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen. Suckling her teeth and talking about how «when 6:30 hit, I’m leaving. I don’t care how many people in this line» Took her sweet time ringing everyone up… stopping to talk to the girl on 18 (apparently she can’t scan AND talk)
Always have horrible experiences here but this one was exceptionally bad.
Dealing with other people’s unruly children and bad behavior at Walmart is bad enough… the last thing I want to do s hand my money to a cashier with such an openly shitty attitude

This Walmart is a joke, they only have one manager who is capable of doing returns on the floor. The employees do not know any of the policies that are in place and that doesn’t make much of a difference as most of them just sit on their ass while there is a line growing anyway. This has to be one of the worst Walmart’s in Columbus, with no sign of improving. They need to shut down this location and re-​staff, because these individuals are past improving, they simply just don’t do their jobs and don’t seem to be motivated to improve. I had to wait over an hour for a return simply because there was no manager on the floor, how is that possible or except-​able in a WALMART! I have to imagine I am not the only individual who they have wronged, and something needs done. I would be surprised if this staff even knew how to define customer service, it’s a skill lost on them. Boycott, this Walmart, until they get the message, they cannot continue to operate in this manner without repercussions!

This wal-​mart saves me a lot of money. It is a super Center. they have a tire store, subway, banks, eyeglass center, nail salon, Hair Salon, and a wide variety of food. The lines tend to be a little slow at times and the stock is not the best. But if you want to save 50 bucks a week go to Walmart or look for sales. If you have time clip coupon.

This is one of the worst wal marts around this area. I only go here if I don’t have the time to go to 256 or morse road. Even if the store has something in stock does not mean you will be able to go in and purchase it. Example: i went in to buy some milk and decided I wanted to purchase a extra leash for my dog while I was there. In the pet section where the section for the leash and collars was there was nothing. A week later I went back to look for something and checked the pet department again. Still there was nothing on the shelves. On my way to get the other product I ran into an employee stocking ad different department asked if she could help she went to the back found a shipment that had never been put out and got me the dog leash.
This is only one of many bad experiences I have had at this location.
