Don’t go in with a small order and don’t ask, even politely, how long the wait is. The guy at the front desk becomes very rude and very sarcastic. The place is also very small and cramped and frankly doesn’t showcase its balloons very well.

I used Dial-A-Balloon for a kids party this weekend and they made the cutest Abby Cadabby balloon clusters! Everyone loved the centerpieces too. The owner is very creative and I was able to look through his sample book for ideas. He even brought extra balloons with him on delivery which was great because we used them in front of the house so guests knew immediately where the party was being held. I would use them again for sure.

I planned a function for my children’s school in 2011 and ordered balloons, they were never delivered and it ruined the day for me. I left messages, my husband went to the shop, no one ever got back to me. What a shame. On the bright side he never asked for a down payment so my children’s school didn’t lose money!
I was recently reminded of this company so I did a quick search and here I am.

WHITESTONE, NY

Have used them several times in the past few years. They not only set up balloons but have snow cone, pop corn and cotton candy machines. Great prices and excellent service. Just used them for a party the other day and everything was perfect. It is a must to ask for Devon.
