Wow, what a bunch of vicious reviews. It’s mcdonald’s not del frisco’s. Like any other restaurant they get slammed peak hours. Where was the last mcdonald’s you could actually go to the bathroom in or didn’t have to clean the table off before you could sit down and eat. Clean, professional, polite… What else can you ask for in a mcdonald’s.

Nothing special, same as other mcdonalds. Except this pos place charges customers for tap water. Odd drive thru entry. There is a spot for 1-​car parking just in front of it.

. As a New Yorker, are lives are on the go ²⁴⁄₇. After spending a long day at school, I look forward to a delicious shake to compliment my meal I had just eaten. My father drives my friend and I to this McDonald’s around 10:00pm. I am beyond ecstatic for this decadent vanilla shake. To my surprise, the arrogant women on the loud speaker says that their machine is broken. I then ask her, politely as ever, «Ma’am why is it that every time I come here somewhat late at night, that your machine is broken.» She responded with a nasty attitude saying simply, «I don’t know why don’t cha ask ma boss.» I drove away and off to BURGER KING we went. Let me tell you something… That shake from their biggest competitor was AMAZINGGGGGG. I was even more exhilarated to find out I didn’t spend my money at this shame of a «restaurant.» What got me most excited is that I didn’t give my money to the nasty female worker who so rudely treated my like garbage. They are LAZY and do not want to get off of their chair and make me a shake. As a result, they just tell PAYING customers the machine is «broken.» Maybe next time my wallet will be «broken» and I will swiftly drive away with my FREE MILKSHAKE. That’s all i have to say. They need a new KIND staff and need machines that don’t break at the crack of dusk.

Update and message to your cook that obviously doesn’t get it. If u can’t cut the chicken with a knife for the wraps, what makes you think anyone can bite it/​let alone chew it. GET A CLUE! I wish this wasn’t the only place closeby for fast food! Total garbage!

Idk why I expected to find my entire order when I got home from the drive thru. especially after being told to wait in the parking lot for almost 30 minutes because they ran out of chicken nuggets and fries???

Above average. Has a play area, parking, spacious dining area. Almost no punks. Bathroom works and is clean. It’s decent fast food.

What can I say? McDonald’s is McDonald’s– and this is just another typical fast food place.
I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years now, not only because it’s the closest one near me but also because the prices are surprisingly less compared to other McDonald’s.
Although many reviewers say that service is poor, I disagree. This McDonald’s is by far one of the most cleanest and respected one. The cashiers are always welcoming and never have I once encountered someone rude on the contrary to what a lot of other reviews mention. Nonetheless, McDonald’s IS McDonald’s and no one should ever expect that much from another typical fast food restaurant.

Best mcdonalds in the area. They have, what appears to be, a pretty sweet play area for kids. With video game systems, play area, and shoe cubbies. Best of all the area is isolated from the rest of the dining area by glass windows so it’s quiet. There are at least 5 kids in there now and it’s fairly muffled out here.
This place seems to cater to dine-​in patrons mostly. I come here a lot and it’s usually workers, or old guys readings the paper and hanging out.
This place is always busy when I’m here for lunch but I still manage to find parking.
I read some of the other reviews and I think they are coming early in the morning or late at night. I come for lunch and the staff seems friendly and they have never got my order wrong. They did charge me for sauce though but so do the other mcdonalds in the area. Annoying, but tolerable.
They have a soda fountain so it’s worth it for me to come unwind, and drink a coke. I’m going to keep coming.

Typical fast food place. But since when did Mcdonald’s start charging extra for sauces, which by the way they did not even give me. I ordered mozarella sticks and there was no cheese in them. I know this is Mcdonald’s, but come on. The reason I give 2 stars is because they are fast. The one on 20^th avenue will have you waiting in drive thru for a half hour but thats a different review…

This is the worst McDonald’s on the planet. Once again the order was incorrect and the food was terrible. I should have gone to Burger King. This franchise should be looked into.

The worst McDonald’s ever!!! Do yourself a favor, don’t go thru the drive thru! It’s the worse I’ve ever encountered! It’s a customer service nightmare!

This McDonald’s needs a corporate review. The staff is extremely rude — on multiple occasions. The fries are normally old and I have had multiple visits where I have received old nuggets, which I really don’t want to feed my kids. Drive thru at night is slow (in the morning for coffee the staff seems a bit more pleasant and quick) and staff is normally rude or not friendly at all. I have made several complaints to the site but it seems to be the same old sorry, we’ll address the problem however the problem never gets fixed because the same rude/​unpleasant staff is still there. I think the corporate office needs to step in. My last visit consisted of trash cans over flowing and tables left with trash and not wiped down. When mentioned to the sales woman she ignored me. I sent a complaint to the site from my ipad as I sat in the seating area. I left 30 minutes late with the trash still overflowing and on the tables, guess she really didn’t care. she was then having her break. A few days before I asked the sales girl for fresh fries and she still packed old ones. When I mentioned it again I got attitude … I didn’t think it was that big of a request seeing that every time I get to the car I realize the food I received is old and then I can’t turn back. She seemed to think my requested was to big to fill. Sad. its a great location to visit with my kids but won’t be for our family anymore. I’m done with this location.

Worse mcdonalds ever… its 12pm and the dtive thru lady is telling me they dont have fries… when i ask if shes serious she starts catching an attitude… its 12… yer mcdonalds… y on gods green earth do u not have fries… and stuff happens… but the lady through the drive-​thru speaker… was just kind of stand offish… didnt apologize… and when i couldnt believe it and asked her if she was serious. she caught an attitude… don’t go to this place… theres another one like 10 mins down the rd…

It’s not that bad. The only downside is the drive through. It’s rather slow and you have to check your bags because more times than not they don’t give you everything you paid for
