I’ve had breakfast stuff from here multiple times and it’s always very delicious and filling! I usually get a breakfast wrap or a bagel. This time I decided to be bad and get a huge everything bagel with eggs, bacon and cheese. It was sooooo delicious! Really hit the spot! Try some of their special wraps, the turkey one with egg whites and cheese is really good too. The place is very clean inside, very friendly staff too. Prices are reasonable as well. There are a few small tables inside to sit and eat, they usually are taken pretty quickly though. It gets crowded in here fast too– usually a line depending on what time of day– but it does move quickly. Definitely make a stop in here for some breakfast! You won’t be disappointed!

All of the bagels from here are very good and sizable too. I usually get an everything bagel with a bacon egg and cheese on it, and it is one of the best I’ve ever had.

This place is near my house so I like to come here for breakfast. The lines are usually long and you may need to wait 10 – 20 mins but it’s worth it! They have a huge selection of bagels and cream cheese/​spreads/​lox. They do have a small parking lot for 3 cars but it’s usually already packed. Their iced coffee is pretty good too.

A great deal, buy a dozen get 3 free! I love getting bagels from NY before I leave. It was a good location and ample parking. The bagels are delicious, especially the pumpernickel. They also have bialys which was a good treat.

What a fantastic spot! Friendly staff and inventive bagels like spinach and French toast. Easy to park in the area, and they have egg sandwiches to boot. They even gave my daughter a free bagel! A+. I will be back.

Grew up in this neighborhood and came here often on the weekends. Great place for breakfast and lunch (although do keep in mind that they close early – 2−3pm). The bagels are nice and fat and they so many different creative bagel options (sundried tomato, spinach, blueberry, etc). Their iced coffee is particular tasty (although a bit watery if you like it strong). I’ve tried so many things here from the kitchen (i.e. Bacon, egg and cheese on rolls/​bagels), bagels with different spreads, tuna salad, lox, cookies, muffins, etc and everything is always consistently good. Lines are long during the weekends but it goes really fast.

Nice local bagel spot. They have great coffee selections. My favorite is their ice coffee. Bagels are freshly made and very soft. Not a big selection of cream cheese like other places i have been to. The breakfast wraps are really good and light.

We all know New York bagels are the best; and the bagels here will definitely never disappoint you!
They are always freshly baked and the options are endless. I used to buy a dozen if not two every time I visited New York from Boston. Now that I live in New York I give them as gifts when visiting friends out of town.
The line is usually out the door but it never seems to bother me. They make my weekends 10 times better!

I discovered the Whitestone Bagel Factory after having a bad experience at another bagel store (I won’t mention names) I turned to Unilocal and decided to check it out. I am very happy I did. I came around 8:30am on a Thursday morning. The line was quite long but it moved quickly and efficiently. The staff is on it and very friendly. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a toasted everything bagel. Everything was perfect! Bacon cooked perfectly. Delicious. I also got a hazelnut coffee which was also amazing. They have all different flavor of iced and hot coffee. I love that! Can’t wait to try the iced coffee as well. I was so happy with this place that I brought my husband back the next day and we shared the BEC on an everything bagel and also shared a pistachio muffin toasted with butter which was yummy. Can’t wait to go back and try more!!!

These are some of the very best bagels in NYC. But they are in Queens and your have to want to get there to try them. The locals know and there is almost always a line. But the staff is very efficient and the the line moves quickly. I went there Sunday for my third visit this fall, but the first for my companion. We loved their cinnamon raisin bagels. I brought a sesame with cream cheese and lox home to have for lunch today and it was still excellent. If you have reason to be in Whitestone, Queens, check this place out. Or make it a reason to come to Whitestone!

Great bagels. So far I’ve tried the everything bagel and blueberry bagel. Both were super fresh and soft. Now, I have consistently gone pretty early in the morning so my bagels were still warm.
Coffee, so many flavors of coffee which is wonderful!
They seem to have the same array of ice coffee when I go (regular, creamy coconut, vanilla, chocolate brownie, hazelnut) and the hot coffee selection varies a bit depending on the day, usually there are the consistent (regular, creamy coconut, vanilla, hazelnut) but the last couple of times I’ve gone I have seen: s’mores, chocolate brownie, strawberry vanilla (was tempted to try this but didn’t want to risk it), banana cream (yum), Swiss mocha almond…) but they have a bunch of different flavors of coffee beans you can buy so I’m sure the flavors vary even more. So far, I’ve only been here four times.
The staff is really nice and patient. It’s the little things I notice (like wiping your cup if coffee spilled onto it. etc) they’re also patient as I needed a minute to decide what coffee to try.

Nice chewy texture in their bagels. Just the way it should be. Great representation of NYC bagel.

I use to come here almost every weekend for breakfast. I always use to get a bagel and a black iced coffee. One day, I came in as usual. on a weekend and the girl behind the counter told me they have no black iced coffee. I said how does a coffee shop not have black coffee– it’s the most simple coffee! She said that all the iced coffee they brew, they mix it for the «special flavor» so they ONLY had black DECAF coffee!!! I was beyond annoyed because all this time I was paying for decaf!!! I was fuming ! I still can’t understand how a bagel place does not serve black coffee. I thought it was ridiculous how ALL their ice coffee they make goes straight into those large containers for flavored coffee. Never again have I stepped in there.

CASH only. But, hot breakfast items made well, and great service. They move pretty fast considering the volume of customers.
A local hot spot, this place has deli, bakery and bagel items. Pricing is fair and quality is high. This is the best place to grab a bite in walking distance to my job.

Bagels there always good but when they’re busy which is usually every weekend they throw the breakfast sandwiches together.. Staff is great, the bagels are always fresh. nice section of different cream cheese and coffee.. Would be 5 stars but for $$$ Whitestone charges between the waiting and sandwhich quality I can’t do it.

After years of hearing about Whitestone Bagels Factory, I finally met my friend here for a quick breakfast before running some errands. Everything in there just looks so yummy, but I settled on a Ham egg and cheese on a sesame bagel.
It was delish! Granted, it would be hard to mess that up, but still was mighty tasty.
Will definitely will be coming back in the future!

Great breakfast spot on the weekends, go in and you can satisfy any craving you are having. Their bagels are spot on, cream cheese selection is unique and seasonal too, dont be afraid to try something new/​unheard of, its usually very delicious! Their hot breakfast sandwiches are made to order, however you want them, with whatever you want on them, and they come out quite quickly too. Their coffee, iced coffee and hot coffee, fresh, light, crisp, not bitter, great taste and quality as well. Amazing pricing for the portion size, great breakfast/​brunch spot to sit in and enjoy the local neighborhood. Great staff, quick, efficient, helpful, friendly and exhibit great customer service. Bagels are not too doughy, not too heavy, delicious even on day 2, very satisfying.

Always enjoy a trip to Whitestone bagels. Very good bagels and nice assortment of baked goods. Owner is one of the nicest guys you’re gonna ever meet. Gets very crowded in the mornings, so expect to wait. The egg sandwiches are very good as well. Only complaint is that I wish the establishment was larger, as its quite annoying constantly having to move around to try to accommodate all the people ordering and coming in while you wait for your order

Service was good, but the bagels are ok.
I had an everything bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. The bagel wasn’t bad, but I would expect a little better from a bagel shop. Also, I wasn’t a fan of their coffee.
Might go back to give this place another try.

I found out about this place through a coworker and decided to take a little drive and discover this place for myself. I have to say that every time I come here there’s a line to the door but I understand why after trying it. They have an extensive variety of bagels that are made on location, and I have ordered some while they were still warm from being freshly made. Order 6 get one free, can’t complain about that. I have tried the blueberry, thin whole wheat, and everything bagels and loved all of them. They have a variety of cream cheese which I have not tried and they make breakfast sandwiches and platters. I have also seen that they have a variety of different coffee flavors which I have not tried but am going to the next time I go. Can’t go wrong with this place for breakfast.
