Brilliant Bridal

This was my first bridal shop I went to when searching for my gown. it was me and my maid of honor. I had 3 appts set up for the day. I arrived to brilliant bridal and right a way I had a good feeling. Sarah was my stylist and she is amazing. I had no clue what I wanted. so she gave me variety of styles. and she was so helpful giving me ideas on what alterations and additions I could make to the dress.
but I didn’t need to be in there long becuase the second gown I tried on I knew immediately it was the one. sarah helped me pick out my veil, headpiece, and bouquet and the tears startes rolling.
I knew this was the one so I cancelled the other appts I had and but my dress on hold becuase before I could buy it I had to show my mama. the next day I met with another stylist Claudia. she too wad amazing and friendly. and rest assured my mama loved the dress too!
Greatness: variety of styles and sizes, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful stylists, never feel pressured to buy, great prices, they work with your budget, have sales and deals, you can call or visit the boutique, best part they have payment plans!

Miranda was a very helpful stylist. I loved her selections and she could tell what made us happy. The bride (my Friend) and other members of our party had a wonderful experience. My friend did buy a dress that day. YAY! Withing 2 hours actually. We never felt rushed. It’s funny, within that 2 hours the other Brides-​to-​be in the showroom also bought dresses.
I wanted to have a drink (a glass of champagne) but they didn’t serve us. Oh well. That would have gotten 5 starts!

Couldn’t be happier with everything we have experienced today! Sarah was AWESOME, I didn’t feel pressured to get anything I didn’t like and I walked away with my dream gown! Brilliant Bridal has ana amazing array of choices for every bride and budget. I will definitely suggest this place to my friends and family!

It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and Claudia helped find the perfect dress! She was very patient and not pushy, and she made be feel really comfortable and enjoy the whole experience. I wasn’t planning to buy that day but I actually found the perfect dress! The team working there were really nice! I can’t wait to get my dress altered and see the finish product.

This bridal shop is amazing with various styles and really reasonable prices. I tried on a few but when Claudia found me «the» dress I was so happy! :) Sarah was also very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to all brides!

I came to Brilliant Bridal a month ago to look for my dress. My family was more excited than me to come to a store and try on dresses. Sara was wonderful the entire time when I explained I wasn’t that «typical» overly excited bride and she worked with me and made me feel comfortable and not pressured at all to find a dress. When I explained my budget, she found dresses that I liked and was willing to work with the price. In the end, she helped me find a beautiful dress that I wasn’t even looking at that I loved. I can’t wait to pick up my dress later this month and wear on my wedding day.

I went to the Brilliant Bridal in Denver and had such a great experience, I thought I’d check out the one in LA. I was super excited about it, but it wasn’t as good as their other store. The staff was friendly, but I felt like the woman helping me was a little pushy and wasn’t really listening to what it was I wanted in a dress. To be fair, I had already found a dress at Glamour Closet that I felt pretty set on, but their selection just was smaller and it wasn’t as fun as a lot of other places I went to. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not the store for me.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my dress here. This was the first and last shop I went to for my dress. Claudia was so great during the whole process and made it so special for me. The dresses were beautiful. A great selection for the budget-​minded bride with an upscale bridal experience.

I found my dress at Brilliant Bridal! I’m from Whittier, so of course this was the first store I visited in my search for a wedding dress. Sarah was very helpful and offered creative ways to alter the straps and necklines of the first few dresses I tried on, but at no point did I feel pressured to settle.
They have a wide selection of dresses and everyone wants you to genuinely find the one. Overall, I had a great experience and I will be returning next year with my MoH to find her wedding dress!

Sarah and Claudia are Awesome. Came here myself to look for my dress. Very beautiful dresses, and inexpensiv, but i didnt find my dress. I brought my sister and she found her dress. First try!

2 star review for bad marketing tactics. Advertising a big dress blowout so I drove all the way there to find only 4 dresses on sale. Waste of my time. Also normal price dresses don’t seem to have any better priced or better quality dresses than David’s bridal.

Im blown away with amount of attention these ladies give you, particularly Sara. You get a sense of comfort and trust that she really cares in making your experience the best ever. Other places seem to only care about the making a sale. This place clearly deserves positive reviews and recognition for putting the your needs first. Thank you Sara.

I am so so happy I found Brilliant Bridal! My dress budget was very sensible and was getting worried I wouldn’t find anything I liked. Brilliant Bridal to the rescue. I found my perfect dress. Claudia was very attentive and helpful. The variety of gowns was amazing and the service was spectacular.
I will defiantly recommend any bride to be to check out this hidden gem of bridal gowns.

I came across Brilliant Bridal on Unilocal and I am sooooo happy I did!!! Claudia helped me find the dress of my dreams and I couldn’t be happier. The first gown I tried on literally brought me to tears and I didn’t want to try anything else on.
Their collection is very broad and the gowns they have are exclusive and one of a kind. And you CANNOT beat the price! They work with your budget and I am so surprised at how much of a steal I am getting my dress for.

I don’t know if I came on a bad day, because I know that what you see is what you get. They have bargains here only left overs. I came in to my appointment to only find nothing !!! Nothing in my size they only had plus sizes. Would have appreciated if when they asked my size over the phone they would have said something like be prepared we don’t have much. Didn’t even try on 1 dress. Waste of my time. Two stars because the girl was semi nice. Don’t come here if you are

Let me start out by saying that I wish I had started my wedding dress search here! I ended up here after some mishaps with my original dress and my wedding is now less than 3 months away so I needed to find a gown as soon as possible so that I could stop stressing over not having my wedding dress. Well, that has been solved now because I purchased my beautiful gown here!
I came in on a Tuesday and was running late so I called to let the store know and Claudia was so friendly when answering. As soon as my mom and I stepped into the store she greeted us and explained how the store works, my mom and I went through the racks and picked out some dresses I wanted to try on.
While I tried dresses on Claudia helped me and every time I had a dress on and was standing before the mirror she gave my mom and I some privacy so that we could talk about what we liked and didn’t like. This made such a BIG impact on me, I didn’t receive this kind of treatment at any other store. I felt extremely comfortable and never pressured into purchasing a gown I didn’t want. After she had given my mom and I some time she would come back and ask for feedback so that she could help me find a dress that better suited what I envisioned and this helped so much!
I am so happy to say that I found MY dress here :) The dress is amazing! The quality, the fabric, the uniqueness, it’s everything I wanted! With some alterations I know it will be the dress I’ve always dreamed of getting married in. And to make things even better I purchased it at an excellent price and received a free veil and hair piece with the purchase of my beautiful dress.
I truly couldn’t be happier with the experience, customer service and quality of what I got with Brilliant Bridal. I would recommend this store to any brides in a heart beat. Thank you for everything Claudia! :)

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!!! Don’t waste your time going somewhere else first because you think it might be better due to a chain store name or think you need more to look at. This store is everything you want and need as a bride.

*Excellent customer service (not a car sales lot)
*Endless options (no matter your size or ideas, you can have what you want or the seamstress will make it happen)
*Prices are more than reasonable especially for the quality of these dresses (highest price that I saw on anything was $ 1,249 but majority of the dresses are below $ 1,000)
*Make payments (you have 90 days to pay on full unless you’re getting it altered right away of course)
*Intimate and personal experience (I didn’t feel like I was on display for everyone and just being cycled through at a meat market)

My visit to this bridal shop was the experience I was hoping to feel the other times I had thought I «found THE dress» at other shops. I knew what I was looking for being that I’m getting married in 2 weeks but had hit a major speed bump when I had issues with my dress order I had previously placed elsewhere.
My mother and I had walked in to chance my luck at Brilliant Bridal. This place is so charming and all of their dresses are gorgeous and unique in their own way. I’m very curvy and always worry about having options and being able to try on what I actually like instead of being pushed to try on something with a similarity to what I like. But they’ve got it all. I just wished I had never wasted my time at other places since they’re is no need.
Charlene was an absolute angel! The personality of a salesperson really makes a difference in the importance of this experience as a bride. She was so attentive, sweet and genuinely helpful. I never felt like she was trying to reel me in just for a sale. She really made me feel beautiful and helped me pick the perfect dress! Any worry I had about having a dress in time was put aside and she even contacted their personal seamstress to make sure that my alterations could be done in time.
I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much Charlene for all your help! Now I can just relax and look forward to my wedding day.
