Was excited to go first time to this DK. unfortunately the donuts were stale. You guys specialize in coffee and donuts and you serve dry stale donuts? Bring back the Arbys that was previously there.

I came here on Thursday night around 8(5⁄19) with my friends(we like to come here to catch up) and I have to say the service really sucked. The girls that were there were not friendly at all. When we went to the register she didn’t smile or say hello, she actually looked annoyed. When I went to go get my order I asked if it was an iced coffee with hazelnut and the girl I asked(she had classes and hair in a bun) just gave me an «I don’t know» look before pointing to the other worker there, I guess telling me she was the one that made it. We were there eating and catching up(we checked Unilocal for closing time and it said till 12 but didn’t know the dining room closed at 10). We wanted to order a bagel so we went through the drive thru. Again, even the service over the speaker was so unenthusiastic. We got to the window and the girl there seemed ok, she had a braid. But the girl who handed it to us seemed like the one who took the order, she kinda just tossed us the bag and didn’t say anything. Bottom line: we weren’t greeted, employees seemed like they didn’t want to be there, and no thank you’s or have a good night. I think we are gonna have to find a different location

The Whittier location it’s nice to look at but their donuts are mediocre at best. My teenage daughter and I agreed that the chocolate donut was flavorless. I had the double chocolate donut. My first impression/bite… it tastes like nothing, no chocolate flavor at all. My girl also ate their vanilla French crueller. I asked her how that tasted and her response was«bland.» I spent $ 10.49 on a dozen donuts. I’m definitely not making this mistake again.

Dunkin’ Donuts receives too much credibility. Yes their iced coffees are good, the food isn’t quite up there. If I’m going to mindlessly eat something that is high in carbs and fat, I will opt for Krispy Kream. #sorrynotsorrry

Although the donuts look nice, they are not good at all but I do love the coffee, it’s great and cheap and that’s the only reason I give them more than one star. Unfortunately, I cannot give this location a better rating because I am very disgusted by what I saw. These ladies in the blue shirts are very rude to the costumers and to their employees. Mistakes happen but when you ask to fix the order they roll their eyes at you and make you feel like it was your fault. They have bad attitude and I cannot stand when managers think they can belittle the people that work for them. The look on their employees faces says it all. I felt very uncomfortable my last visit and I will no longer be returning to this location at least at starbucks you get what you pay for. This Dunkin needs to reevaluate their costumer service asap!

Meh. The donuts are awful. I always try to like them because they’re so cute but they’re so dry it’s almost inedible. I also tried the egg and ham on an English muffin and was sorely disappointed. The egg was obviously fake and tasted almost sour and powdery, while the ham was stiff and a weird texture, plus the English muffin didn’t even have its classic crunch. After throwing it away half eaten I asked one of the staff if they’re sandwiches were fresh and they confused that in fact, they were all microwaved and frozen. No surprise there. There coffee is good but if you’re ordering it flavored tell them to hold the sugar because they use syrup to flavor their drinks and it can be overpoweringly sweet.

I have an addiction. Yes, the donuts are good here but the coffee here is just spectacular. It’s not bitter like Starbucks and not as thin as Mikadees. The only thing is, the coffee drinks when made here is not consistent. I’ve had it from different people every time and it tastes different every time. Also Yay for the drive through here. Although if you are going Westbound, you have to flip around. Oh, the drive through here is kind of vicious. A sharp 90 degree corner, I think I scrapped my car here. So go slow. You’ve been warned. Do register for their card program since you can get a drink for registering and then one on your birthday. Such a great deal since you can just buy a Gift Card for $ 2 and get a card. It’s almost like saying you can get a any sized drink for $ 1!

Came here during the morning and found parking to be an ease. Waited a few minutes for the lady to come and take our order which was good since I didn’t at the time know which donut I really wanted to pick out from and stuff. The items I chose was two different donuts one purple one and than a heart shaped donut which my bf said had some type of cream filling. Which he actually enjoyed. We also ordered two different drinks I got a cup of hot coffee and he got some chai latte drink which he also liked. My coffee wasn’t as amazing as what many people said it is. I still would rather just get Starbucks. But than again I didn’t really try the blended or milky drinks so maybe I’m missing out. The inside was a tad bit small with a few chairs and stools and even some comfy chair sofas but they were already taken. I think eating a donut from time to time is alright but really it’s pretty sweet and I don’t know how anyone can really finish one. They are pretty good in size and they cost about a dollar each. So if your looking for some donuts to eat as a early morning breakfast than you could try this place out and oh yeah if your super busy they do have a drive tru window so you don’t even need to step out of your car. But I do enjoy the walks and looking at what you buy before you order. So it’s sometimes better to go inside and actually have some human interaction at least!

Great coffee. Needed a pick me up late in the evening… after my trip to a very crowded Party City(next door). Love the drive thru. My girls are big fans of the strawberry donut with sprinkles.

I was born and raised in a town outside of Boston, Massachusetts and my town alone has about 7 Dunkin Donuts in it! There is one on every corner anywhere you go in Mass. When I moved to California in 2007 I was so sad that I had to say goodbye to my lifelong love… DD! I was so excited when I found out they were coming to the west coast and that there would be one in the city that I live, Whittier! I just had a baby in April and i breastfeed and don’t drink caffeine for that reason so I asked for decaf iced coffee and a few times they got it right and a few times they didn’t. Because this directly affects my baby, I was upset and wrote a complaint. The owner called me the next day and genuinely apologized and asked me to give them another chance. Ever since, I’ve had no issues and a lot of great experiences! Everyone is super friendly… especially an employee named Jacob. Always has a smile on his face. Ever since I was little I’ve never cared for their donuts but the coffee is amazing and way better than Starbucks and the bagels are the bomb too!

Dunkin Donuts has a very special place in my heart(or should I say arteries) for the simple fact that I can get an ice coolatta and a donut for under $ 4. I am not a coffee snob whatsoever, I usually pick something from the menu and stick to it. I came here and got a vanilla bean ice coolatta with whip cream. Medium is actually the size of your head so they are generous. If I feel like being extra I get a glazed donut with it. This combo is reserved for shitty ass days: put the donut on your straw. Sip, bit. Congratulations, you are a fat ass. The fact that I can indulge at this level for less than the cost of grande coffee at Starbucks, got me sold on Dunkin. I usually drive thru the whole situation to cover the shame of my indulgence… they are pretty quick and efficient so I appreciate that. This place has the fatty macfat stamp of approval.

I love donuts, I wish they didn’t have as many calories so I could eat them more often. I hardly ever have them but when I do I have Dunkin Donuts now. The famous East Coast chain finally made it to Cali. Their coffee is delicious! especially the hazelnut iced coffee, it’s cheap in price and tastes great. It’s less than $ 3.00 so that’s always a plus in my book. Chocolate glazed donuts, blueberry donut holes. I also tried the new chips ahoy cream donut, it was good in small quantities, I could not eat the whole thing. Can’t wait for cheat day!

Great DD’s better than Downey. I came here after a fellow Unilocaler friend recommended this location. No crowds, will definitely be back. Good customer service.

Nothing against the service because the girls working were really nice and helpful. This review is towards food & drinks. When I looked at the menu on their app, you see that the latte’s have whipped cream & flavor drizzle on them. I ordered a caramel latte and it did not taste anything caramel nor it had whipped cream like it states in their app picture. Total Fail! I’m all for«what you see if what you get.» welp, I didn’t get what I saw. With my Latte, I ordered chicken biscuit and a side of the Munchkins. Chicken Biscuit had a southern flavor to it, it was good. Biscuit was buttery delicious. I’d order that again. Munchkins, I am not a fan of. Not a fan what so ever of the chocolate. It had no chocolate flavor! So bland, not a gimps of chocolate anything. what are you making those with!!! Horrid. Simply Horrid! Please stop selling those. The Jelly filling ones were good, but you have to get them right when they are really fresh. Over all, it was a tad disappointing being my first visit.

So worth the wait! I ordered the half dozen. I’m a maple fan so grabbed one of those as well as strawberry, strawberry with sprinkles, blueberry, glazed, and vanilla. I also tried the strawberry but I didn’t really care for that flavor here. I like it way better at Yum Yum. Oh the coffee… OMG…THEFREAKINGCOFFEE! Best ever! Definitely worth trying this place though! And it wasn’t too busy for 8:30am.

Always out of chocolate kreme, the only one I like here, all other donuts I’ll buy from JK next door. Drive thru cashiers rude all the time I come here. Very sarcastic, no good customer service manners. I heard that not all of their donuts are freshly made in DD shops, maybe chocolate Kreme is one of those. This review is for today, 01.28.15 at 8:20am. I called to check if there’s chocolate kreme and Gloria said yes. Rushed there right away, less than 5 mins drive. When I got there, cashier told me they don’t have. So I said 5 mins ago when I called Gloria told me there is. So I told her what is it really. Silence for a minute. And then cashier said they will make it. When I got to the window, they gave me my order right away. PAGINGTHEBUSINESSOWNERS.

Who knew my home residence City Of Whittier would have a Dunkin Donuts location which recently arrived to So Cal. This location just opened last Friday and customers were in line at 5:00 am when I drove by en route to La Fitness. After getting my work out in I stopped in and the line was much shorter — just out the door. I was greeted by several employees and even management attending the grand opening. I’m not a fan of Dunkin coffee BC it’s not as full bodied as Starbucks but I utilized the free wifi and loaded the phone application for rewards which qualify me for free a comped beverage on birthday, points for free beverages and e mail discounts. The appl. is similar as the Starbucks appl. and seems to be pretty handy for my client donut purchases. As with the donuts I was impressed with the ½ dozen I picked up. My fave was the Boston Kream but the blueberry and kream fills were solid also. The dough isn’t as light as Krispy Kreme and not as heavy as my other go to donut shop in Hacienda Heights. It’s pricier here at $ 5.50 for ½ dozen but the quality was solid I had no idea also that Dunkin has wraps and bagel sammies which I’m looking forward to checking out sometime soon.

The Rave of this place was HIGH! And I have no idea why. Hey that rhymed. Haha. Seriously though I did not enjoy anything about this place. The inside is super nice of course since it is new and super busy. I doubt it will last though. I ordered a dozen assorted donuts to try with my fam and we took a bite of each of them. The donuts were beyond dry. Each one of them. The ones that were supposed to have filling had like a tablespoon of it, if that. They had frosting on some which I’m not a huge frosting fan any way, but it was just too much and overpowered the donut. I honestly would never buy donuts here again. The mom and pop shops are better, even yum yum donuts. I tried a cup of iced mocha coffee and it was okay. Wasn’t bad but I have had much better. I can see this place busy for their coffee, not their donuts. I MIGHT try a different kind of coffee here again but for now I am not a fan of this place.
