SAM IS AWESOME! He’s very helpful every time I go! This is the only GNC I like going to!

Came here to find a weight lose supplement and well so far so good, ive lost 10pounds already. I thought the cashier guy was trynna make me buy some thing $$$. But i took his word for it and thanks sam u really helped out. Smart man. Intensify extreme is what i got. I recomend it to anyone trynna lose weight.

I have a GNC near home, but I drive farther because of the cool guy Sam. He is so helpful and has an awesome personality. A lot of staff from GNC stores are usually very annoying, but Sam lets customers shop and let them ask for help. He gets to know his customers and their needs. GNC is expensive, but that’s nothing new.

My wife spent over a $ 100 the other day & tried to exchange the merchandise for something that was more. The store closes at 9pm & we walked in at 8:45pm. Sam, the store manager asked my wife what she needed & when she told him she wanted to do an exchange, he flat out said,“I closed out my machine for exchanges/​returns, but, if you wanna buy something, than I can help you.” Really bro?! She wasn’t rude about it & even needed some product info on what she really wanted & Sam was rude & basically made us feel like we had to buy something or get out cuz he had to close. I’m never going back to this store or will I recommend anyone I know. I didn’t appreciate how «Sam» made my wife feel. too bad I have to put a star vs. none. #boiling

Went in a half hour before closing and expected some grumbles. Store is very clean, well-​lit and inviting. There was actually only 1 guy working and he was very friendly and helpful. I used to work retail, so I know all about those last minute customers (they tend to take forever). He answered my questions (as well as the 3 other customers) and didn’t rush me at all. I will definitely be back for any other vitamin/​supplement needs.

Excellent customer service. Went in to purchase a protein shake and Sam was kind enough to compare different brands with me, He seemed genuinely interested in helping me. I will come back to this GNC!
