GNC

So walked in looking to buy some protein. Arnold brand by muscle pharm to be exact. The associate Jafri was incredibly helpful was even able to compare prices against other stores giving me the best one. Great customer service!

I’ve been going to this GNC for the past 2 years. Great service and the guys are always introducing me to new products. I usually grab a bucket of Whey protein and mass-​gainer, and try the different pre-​workouts. They’re kind enough to throw in some samples here and there.
And whenever I’m in the area, I always stop by to grab a few Quest bars.

Worst service ever!!!
I tried returning a product and was denied. After playing around with my card and DL card for about 15 min, the worker said the system was denying my card.
BEWARE of this store… rip off artist!

NO STARS IF POSSIBLE!
I went on Saturday to buy a few things. The first time I put my card thru, supposably it didn’t go thru… the second time, it did go thru. When I saw both transactions had posted to my account, I called them to tell them what had happened. I spoke with Jeffrey and he told me that it wasn’t his problem and to call my bank! REALLY!!! I’m telling you that you charged me twice and it’s not your problem? It’s not my problem that the system you have is crap! Needless to say… YES…I called my bank… and OBVIOUSLY GNC charged me twice! Thank goodness for my BANK they helped me more than this guy did!!!
From now on… I think I’ll go to the GNC at the Whitwood center… at least there they have way better customer service! This location lacks it BIG TIME!
