Ordered a custom embroidered hat online. Received it in the mail fairly promptly. Worst embroidery I have ever seen. Threads sticking out everywhere, and the letters are very uneven. Since I live in LA, I made the trip to the store to see if they’d fix the problem for me. The woman who was there(she told me she only works weekends) was very nice and gave great customer service. Though she said she couldn’t help me because her sister works the embroidery machine. She got on the phone with her sister and her sister said she remembers doing my hat and that it looks fine. I left expecting a call to have it resolved on Monday, but that call never came. I don’t think they would have been able to resolve the issue anyway. Like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. I’ll post a photo shortly. It’s a black hat with silver embroidery.

we came here for a customized hat for my husband. we weren’t sure what we wanted so we took a little while browsing online and going through the book there to get what we wanted. like I said before we weren’t 100% positive on what we wanted to get on the hat. the lady helping us was literally rolling her eyes at us, making grunting sounds, and putting her hands on her hips. mind you, we were the only customers there the entire 20 minutes we were in the store. she charged almost $ 30 for a $ 10 hat and two 1 inch letters with two 1 inch symbols. I guess that’s the regular price? seems a little much for something so plain and simple.

I agree with Andrew here. Customer Service is awful they treat all their customers like they are about to steal instead of handling their customer’s needs first.
