I would give zero stars if I could to the simple fact that«Eddie» doesn’t even know how to take a phone order for pizza! Pretty ridiculous, never going here again.

I like how most of the employees put the effort into making pizzas relatively fast; makes up for the constant waiting on about every visit.

Tonight, I thought I give this place a try instead of going to our favorite $ 5 pizza place. HUGEMISTAKE. I waited 30 minutes for a CHEESE Pizza!!! When did that become a specialty pizza!!! Yes, the did offer me free breads sticks, but when my CHEESE pizza was was ready, they ran out out of bread stick. REALLY!!! Then they offered me a free CHEESE Pizza the next time I came in. Ummmm, thanks but NOTHANKS! When you say 10 minute wait then that’s what it should be. THANKS for wasting 30 min of my life!!! It’s not like I have things to do and family to feed. Try SMILING and CARING about your customer! Very bad service and very bad CHEESE pizza. If a pizza place can mess up a CHEESE pizza, then that says a lot about the employees and the service… no one cares. I WILLNEVERGOBACK!!! EVER!!! (If I could give no stars believe me I would)

The hot and ready pizza was not ready:( I had to wait about 5minutes. Not a long wait but they weren’t ready as advertised. The person in front of me also had to wait. The pizza was really good though and for the price, I left happy.

So before all the? s for my 5. This 5 stars is solely for the service and politeness I received. I was in/out in under 5min, helped with a smile by a super sweet employee. Pauline or Paulina was very sweet and her personality was freakin fantastic.

Last Thursday(March 19) we had the WORST service at this place that we’ve ever had! We go in and it was packed with people. When we get called to order, we told them we wanted a bacon wrapped deep dish and one pepperoni hot & ready. The woman employee(wish I got her name) told us it would be about 10min for the deep dish. We told her no problem and proceeded to stand off to the side to wait for our order. At the 10 minute mark though, that’s when things started to get ridiculous! They called a man up who had been there before us for his order and as he’s looking at it, he realized it was completely wrong. The woman told the male employee who gave the order to the man, that there were two customers with the same name and he got them mixed up. So the guy had to stand there and wait more for them to ‘quickly’ gather what HE had ordered. By the 15 minute mark, we were starting to get antsy since we still had quiet a few people a head of us who still hadn’t gotten their orders. Then, that’s when I noticed something. The woman employee made a guy from the back come up to the front to help take orders. He asked a new arriving costumer what they had wanted and they told him a bacon wrapped deep dish pizza. He rang them up turned to a stack of two deep dish pizzas and gave the guy one. I turned to my family member and I was all hey! That’s supposedly what we’ve been standing here waiting for and this guy walks right in and gets his right away?! A woman next to me over heard me and said that they were doing the same to her. She just ordered the hot & ready’s with some crazy bread and was told told she had to wait on the bread. She then noticed quiet a few costumers that walked in, got a bag of bread with their hot & ready’s and walk out while she’s still standing there waiting. Sure enough, a new costumer walked up, order crazy bread with two hot & ready’s, and then walked out with them. So clearly upset and feed up, the woman walked up to the counter to let them know that she’d been standing there forever waiting while they pretty much kept giving her order away. The male employee got her name and grabbed her order reciept and sat it on the counter as he went to look for what she ordered when the woman employee noticed it and apologized to the costumer saying«Oh, I’m sorry! No wonder why it’s taking so long. Someone must have left your order here so we didn’t see it.» The woman just shook her head and told her no, your employee just sat that there before he walked away. The woman employee started to argue with her but stopped when the woman explained again that the male employee just left it there. The woman employee then proceeded to tell her it would be another couple of minutes for the bread. When the woman was done, my family member went up there next to tell them the same thing about the deep dish. They started getting ours ready as another costumer went up to them and complained about their order too. At the 23 minute mark, we finally had our pizzas and were out the door. The woman didn’t even offer us an apology for the wait or basically skipping over our order as well. As we were leaving, the poor bread sticks lady was STILL waiting on her order.

Little Caesars. You can’t beat their low prices. Quality of the food is decent enough. When I’m hungry and vying for some pizza to share with family and friends I’m thinking little Caesars right away. So damn gratifying. I have more fond memories of this chain than probably any other. As long as you keep your hot and ready deal at $ 5, I’ll be a loyal customer.

Hot & Ready is the term they use to lure potential victims into the door. This statement is full of lies, fraud, and trickery. Let me explain, i called in my order for 3 pizzas and was told they would be ready in 20 minutes. drove over there to pick up the pizzas where I encountered the dreaded lunch hour wait. called in the order at 11:07, pizzas were finally ready at 12:02. I sat there for nearly 40 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break waiting for my pizzas. brought the pizzas back to the office where I eventually encountered two more major flaws. #1. the first pizza, a classic pepperoni, tasted as if the dough had been mixed with saw dust and some cleaning agent of some sort. the exact composition could not be properly determined, therefore the pizza was fired into the dumpster where perhaps a homeless may enjoy this subpar offering. #2. the time issue. the 40 minutes of my time waiting comes with a cost, and I need to know where to send the bill. I tried contacting the store for a name and remit to address, but could not get anyone to answer the phone. I will continue to call until I get this information as I continue to add time to the invoice. in closing, if you have an overabundance of time to kill and are in the mood for subpar pizza than this is your spot. very dishonest of you Little Caesers, minus 75 honesty points for you!

This has to be the absolute worst Little Cesars around. I can’t ever walk out with a «warm and ready» cheese pizza because they never are«warm and ready». What the heck? I don’t have this problem at any other Little Cesars. Today marked my third consecutive time being told«We don’t have cheese ready but can have one ready in 10 minutes». Shove that 10 minutes where the sun don’t shine! The Little Cesars on Leffingwell and Santa Gertrudes is a little father, but they know what«warm and ready» means.

Friendly service. I pre-ordered for a specific time & my order wasn’t ready but they were quick to get it to me & helped me to my car since it was a large order. Can’t beat the value!

Because I’m all gourmand and shit, I ducked into Little Caesars with a tiny bit of apprehension. After all, I did fall prey to the goofball on the corner of Telegraph and Carmenita playing the huge cardboard guitar cutout that read«$ 5 Hot and Ready». So with a finno and change, I decided to throw caution to the wind and pick me up one of these bad boys. Now, the last time I got one of these, it was not-so-hot, not-so-fresh and pretty much downright crap. There were maybe 3 kids working(well, playing grab-ass) up in there. I figured I got what I paid for. But this was at another LC’s on the other side of town. Now THIS specific LC’s was bustling with a large crew of workers as well as patrons…2−3 long lines, to be more precise… lucky I got there just before the dinner rush. It’s also smack-dab in the middle of a whole assload of apartment complexes, so I imagine they have the pizza-slangin’ system down pat. The pie was indeed hot and ready and I was out the door in about 5 minutes. Truth be told, I have to say that I enjoyed the holy shit of this $ 5 pepperoni pizza. It was a Lincoln well-spent. Recession-buster, people… recession-buster.
