Dean and son came to my door right at the time they said they would be there. They began work right away with the utmost professionalism and care for my home. They installed my 55 inch tv above my fireplace and im confident it is secure. The two of them did an excellent job for a reasonable price. I even asked Dean to install some shelves for me which I was putting off doing myself which he did for me better than I could have ever done myself. Nextday tech are true professionals and do amazing work. I will be using them in the future.

The reason you have not heard back from us is because we used a different company and they fixed the problem and it is 100x better…

I am just giving them one star but in reality they should have zero. This is the worst group of professionals I have ever seen. They did an awful job installing my TV. Their employee was in my house for 5 hours !!! He drilled holes on the wall without even checking whether or not the mount would work on that location. He did not pay attention to the painting. I will have to repaint the whole area below the TV. One of the holes is still visible. Their customer service is even worst. You sent them e-mails and they don’t even answer. DONOTUSETHEM! and find true professionals.

Tony S from from Concord, CA installed my 39″ TV on my entertainment center. I appreciate the next day service, which made it easy to prepare for the installation. Tony was professional, knew what needed to be done, answered my questions, and installed the TV. He also showed me how to operate the TV, DVD player, & cable box. The price was more reasonable than some other places, and if needed, I would contact Nextday Techs again.

I found them online through Google. I had them install my 70in TV over the fireplace with the cables in the wall and a sound bar right under the TV. Mike and Tom did a wonderful job. They also connected the TV to my wireless so I can get Netfix. They cleaned up and showed me how to work the TV and the DVD player. My TV and Sound bar looks great over the fireplace I couldn’t be happier!

if your time isn’t valuable, and you don’t require professionals to come to your home ontime, with the materials required to complete the job, these guys *might* be on your long list… where to start with this experience… I placed on order online with these guys on Mar 20, 2013. My card was immediately charged for the full amount, despite the fact that their website says that it will be charged when the job is completed(I sent an email to Dean S. on the same day and he clarified that it was just a hold; my back clarified that it was indeed a charge which was my first warning sign that these guys say one thing and then do another). I proceeded and scheduled a time and they provided a five hour window in which their tech would arrive. At the initial install they showed up, albeit without enough materials to hide the cables as promised. After watching them take over an hour to do the most straightforward install you can imagine(I know, I was formerly a DirecTV dealer and authorized installer through InstallationPros), they reach into the empty carton and realize then that they don’t have enough material to complete the job. I let it slide and told them to leave the two pieces they had with me and I would sort it out. A short while after they leave, I notice that the left side of the monitor is not flush with the wall, and upon inspection the weight of the monitor is pulling the bracket away from the wall, enough so that the monitor doesn’t appear level. I call the installer(Tony) immediately, and in my second sign of the level of professionals I was dealing with, he indicates basically that it will be alright, no big deal, the monitor won’t fall down although the bracket’s coming away from the wall under the weight of the 65″ monitor. I tell him that that’s not ok, and that i want it fixed so that the bracket is properly mounted, and doesn’t move when the monitor is mounted. He asks if it’s ok to do it when he is next in San Fran, and I tell him it’s ok to do that. Fast forward a month, and with no followup from them, I email on April 15 threatening to take action if they don’t schedule a time to get the installation fixed. Dean replies and says that Tony will be there on the following Wednesday between 12−5p. Yes, your read that correctly, they figured they would just tell me a date, and I suppose I was to adjust my schedule to sit around for 5 hours on a date they asserted. I reply and let them know that scheduling isn’t in fact a one-sided affair, and they should send a few days/times that would work and I would confirm. We agree on an appointment first thing in the morning 9a as I am unwilling to take a half day off work to wait for them, and figuring first thing in the morning eliminates excuses for being late. Well, and on that morning at 7a Tony calls to say that he will not make it out as his truck isn’t working. Having adjusted my day to meet them(I was attending a conference in the city so it meant missing sessions that I was paying a lot of money for), I am not happy. In any case, I carry on, figuring that when he gets his truck fixed he will follow up to reschedule. That was too lofty an expectation. No reply from them at all, so finally on May 10 I email again threatening chargeback if they don’t get the installation sorted out. Tony then emails me after prodding from Dean apparently, and we speak on the phone and he admits that he «forgot about» my installation. We agree that he will send me an email confirmation of the day and time he will come and finally get this done, which he sends on the 13th with the following message: «sorry for not senting this sooner. I have schedule for 05÷23÷13 @ 9:00am.» Again I arrange to be in SF for the install, and on the morning of the 05⁄23 @ 8.30a I get a pocket dial from Tony where he leaves me a 2 minute message where he and his buddy are casually chatting about some investigation and accident… clearly not pressed, you’d think they were running on schedule. In any case, they finally show up at 9.20a and they still have to «park the truck». Annoyed, I email Dean telling him that they are highly unprofessional, and I tell Tony that it was unacceptable that after all of this they would be late again. Both he and Dean’s basic attitude was that 15 – 20 mins is no big deal. Needless to say I disagree, and would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy.
