Always come in here once a week… Every time the food work flow is always horrible(not enough for your order that you have to wait 5 – 10 minutes. This time I asked the server how much more time for teriyaki chicken she said 5 minutes, also had to wait for orange chicken and chicken with mushroom… I said don’t make my 3 plates yet until the mushroom chicken is done… In that process they served the teriyaki chicken to patrons behind me until it ran out… I got upset and told them I don’t want to wait another 10 minutes so stop serving my chicken and put it aside or have them cook more… They rushed it and gave me under cooked chicken… Ended up waiting 30 minutes. The food here is not worth the wait.

This panda sucks! After checking the hours and seeing that they closed at 10pm, I decided to go. I got there around 8:50 and literally all the food bowls were empty besides the rice and chow mein. I had to ask for Beijing beef because they had none; I waited for a good ten minutes not only that I had to deal with the employee’s attitude too. She was very rude and almost didn’t want to get my order. What place who still has an hour and something left to close stops making food and treats their customers like shit?! When I went to pay the girl gave me my total and didn’t ask me if I wanted a drink or anything else. She put my food in a bag;what if i wanted to eat my food there and after I nicely asked for hot sauce and she gave me attitude as well. If us customers are spending our money here the least the employees can do is be respectful!

This place is not worth anyone’s time nor money the service is terrible. They really need to rethink when hiring new employees.

This is close to my home so I have no complaints other than what I have noticed is that portions have significantly gotten smaller than I last remembered. Everytime I go I usually order the same… orange chicken, bejing beef and all chow mein. Between the two main meals, it barely covers the chow mein and before I could barely see my chow mein with the amount of food. I dont know if this is some corporate memo they tell employees to do, but if I needed to be picky on price point than I would certainly go elsewhere to better spots like Wokstar or etc. Its american chinese food. thats it.

I initially did not like Panda after having a bad experience with them in the past. A few days ago I tried the infamous Orange Chicken with the girlfriend out in Pomona and I was hooked. The people here are pretty nice and give out good portions compared to what all these reviews on here say.

JESSICA was beyond rude! As she took my order she figured I was done with ordering walked away and started talking to one of her coworkers while I was standing there waiting she finally came back and I told her I wasn’t done ordering and she rudely said«ok than what else»

If I could put zero stars I would, purely for their customer service. We visit this location because it is close to our home, but never again will my family go to this location. We’ve dealt with disgustingly burned food, wrong orders, or the order just completely wrong! Tonight my husband came home with dinner for our family and when our order was once again wrong(they forgot an entrée completely) he called spoke to Rachel and she offered nothing but instead said it was his fault for not checking the meals, and she said no cash back and there was nothing she could do since they were busy. My husband went to speak with the manager Tony who apparently didn’t speak English, Rachel then told my husband she would give him the entrée but my husband wanted a refund after this and she told him she wasn’t «giving him shit». My husband is calling their corporate office to file a complaint in the morning. This was the last straw! Never have we been so disrespected.

Food here is good, but the portions are BEYOND skimpy! Their food is already pricey and to top it off they’re watchful of the portion amounts. They even shake the serving spoon a bit to drop any excessive pieces of meat! This really bothers me. Service was not kind nor helpful. Food is good so I’m forced to come back often.

Went to panda because their open late. It was between 9:30 and 10. They close at 10. What I didn’t know is after 9:30 your choices are what ever is left. They had already started clean up. When your done cooking that’s the time to close.

I come to this panda often because it’s near my home. I went today and ordered a 2 item plate. I asked for string bean chicken and saw when she served it seemed like all string beans. I then asked her if there was any chicken in there because it looked like all string beans and she confirmed there was chicken. I get home and look… 2 small pieces of chicken. Like really? Be honest. I understand lines are long but I would be willing to wait. I ordered strong bean chicken not string beans and onion.

Dont even bother coming here. They have bad service. And kevin is just a bad server, he should be in the bad washing dishes. They r so stingy… i went in and got a bowl. Wanted chow main and rice. He put very little chow main so i asked if he could add a little more… he added a whole side in a box. And charged me. I didnt want a whole side. I just wanted the right amount… when i went in a line started to form. So im not sure if he was trying to make the chow main stretch til more came out or what… but i wont b comin here. Bad service.

I used to like Panda Express. But I’ve found a place closer to me with better food for ½ the price. Way way more food too I went to Panda Express today because it was on my way. Small portions to start. If you order the honey walnut shrimp make sure to say you want walnuts in it. Not a single one made it into my plate. No sweetener such as Splenda or sweet n low. So if you like those for you passion fruit iced tea, forget it. Also. I got my plate to go. They didn’t even put a fork in the bag!!! What? I called and they told me I had to go over on the other side of the drinks to get it. A sign or the cashier mentioning this would have been helpful. Never even thought I would need to get one. Their fried rice has very little flavor and is almost on the dry side. I will not return here unless I have no choice.

I change my mind about this store. Again there at lunch time rush 7 employees kicking but plenty of food curtious generous portions and the manager hustling doing whatever this store needs. Even cleaning tables. What a improvement in service. I recommend giving them another try. Good team work.

So there is nothing really different about any Panda Express other than some cleanliness concerns and clientele. All in all though this panda seems to have the line process running very smooth and can get you in and out pretty quick. When I go, it is normally because I am in a bit of a rush and just need to get something down my gullet and hustle back to work. I used to get the orange chicken but have found that sometimes it is just too heavy for me. Now days I am getting the teriyaki chicken breast which they cut to order. I find that this method helps keep the chicken nice and moist and have never found it overly dry or stale tasting. They also have a chicken kale that I find is nice and moist and not too greasy or salty. On occasion the black pepper chicken is a welcome change but I find it sometimes to be a bit oily for lunch. Portion sizes are pretty much standard and either way you go with the rice or chow mein, you can’t really go wrong. If you like your Chinese a it more spicy you can try the chile sauce which I really love since it is not too just like some chili oil that has been sitting in a jar for who knows how long. Pricing is standard and service is pretty good.

**Note: I noticed a lot of reviews saying that the portions are small for the price. I wouldn’t know about this, as my order was a «Panda Feast» or a family meal for more than one person, so the portions were all larger than normal** I don’t have much to say about this Panda Express, except that it lived up to my expectations for the chain. The environment was clean, the employees were attentive and my take-out order was ready when I showed up! :) The food was also good for Panda Express(anyone who’s familiar with the chain will know what I mean). The only reason it gets a 4 out of 5 is because I think their Beef/Broccoli could be a bit better.

Went in at 9:30pm, 30 minutes before closing, and they were low on the food being offered. Given it was still 30 minutes before closing you would think there is still enough time to at least cook the entrees requested but since they were«close to closing» they would now. We left. Cheap manager or franchise owner. Complained to corporate about this behavior.

Always good parking for the location. Service is always great. It seems the price is way too much for them giving you way too little. The environment is ok. The food could sometimes be cold, especially the chow main.

That’s it, I’ve given up! Worst Chinese food ever! Been to this place a couple of times and I’d say: No more of Panda Express! Food in this location sucks. This is no way Chinese food! Be it fast food or not. Just today, my co-worker and I took out food for lunch back to the office. I ordered the 2-entrée combo with half & half white & brown rice with string beans chicken breast & kung pao chicken. The food tasted the same and I couldn’t tell the difference. Rice was bland and dry. Portions were served even less. Best alternative would be to go to Hong Kong Express in Artesia, next to Magic Wok, where you get the same type of food except with more portions, cheaper price far better taste than Panda Express. Good thing I live close by!

I was going to give 4 stars but decided to up it a bit to make up for the other reviewers. I mean c’mon…Panda Express gives you a ton of tasty food in a clean and pretty nice-looking dining area. Plus, the corporate office seems to treat their employees pretty well. This review is primarily for the catering services. We ordered several party trays for a child’s birthday and had only compliments for the food. We got a lot of, «Wow! What a great idea.» So easy and a no-brainer for a hassle-free party.
