So nasty this is supposed to b the egg and cheese bagel I asked for NOMEAT and asked twice. There was only one customer ahead of me and I don’t know what type of egg this is. Disgusting!

I come here almost every Friday with my sons. My dad brought us kids to yum yum donuts growing up so I wanted to continue our tradition with my sons. My son has a peanut allergy and they stack the sprinkle donuts(that every kid likes!) next to the ones that have peanuts. I just ask for the one to the far left or right, which ever is farthest away. They should re-think placing the peanut donuts somewhere where there won’t be cross contamination. Usually I don’t have a problem here with service but today a woman named Claudia served us and she continually asked me what I ordered(maybe if I spoke Spanish she would have understood every word) she didn’t seem to have a problem hearing the very soft spoken Spanish speaking woman. I literally had to tell and asked her if I was speaking to low for her to hear and she said yes! I was talking so loud that everyone in the shop was looking. That was pretty embarrassing. Maybe if your a Spanish speaker you will get better service with Claudia.

(From 2÷10÷16) I was looking for a local donut spot to bring in a breakfast treat for a local car shop. Happened to be along my way there and saw the sign from Telegraph Rd. Plenty of parking in the parking lot, walked in and was immediately greeted. This was 8:50 and the display was packed with fresh donuts. I asked for a random dozen donuts, and the box was packed, wrapped, and I was out the door in less than 5 mins.

As entering this place, was not hard to hear the screams and laughs of two kiddos, running around the place and being playful(as kids that age would act, can’t blame them). Now… As I’m ordering my meal, two workers looked at the kids, didn’t say anything to them. Which doesn’t bother me but let’s face it, was a bit to loud, a few customers were there to enjoy their breakfast, which they didn’t for lack of consideration of both employees & mothers that left these kids do whatever they want. What made me angry was when i noticed a WETFLOOR sign which kids were running around. The workers knew exactly what was going on and instead of saying something! Decided to ignore the situation as I prayed the kiddos didn’t fall face down floor. Bc now the owner will have to face a claim against them for(again) lack of consideration of both parents and workers. Maybe I think a lot of the owners sacrifice when building a company and this is why things like this makes me upset but sometimes is common sense from employees. Hope this review will help in the future to pay attention to what is going on in their surroundings rather than ignoring it. The end!

Don’t know what the big hype about this place is. They were just doughnuts and they were ok. I wouldn’t drive out of my way to come here but if I’m passing thru and wanting a doughnut I might stop.

This is the closest donut shop to me that is open 24 hours and accepts credit cards. I have never had a bad experience coming here. Their prices are not expensive and they have good quality donuts. My favorite is the chocolate on chocloate no sprinkles. So good! The parking here is always packed because the area is small and it is next to bank of america and chase. I normally come here late at night because I’m weird and that’s the only time I want donuts. I came last night and the guy working was really nice and helpful. It was late at night so I know people working late hours aren’t always in the best mood so it was nice to have good customer service. I wish I could have donuts every day but I would be a blimp, so I enjoy this place every so often.

Well where do I start… There is a group of dirty men that sit there Monday thru Sunday. I have yet to come in and them not be in the corner with two tables, staring and watching the woman that come in. They make you feel uncomfortable and act like they have never seen a woman before. The donut shop seems to have no problem with them. Well today was the last time I will go there. On my way to work I stopped by to order an extreme bagel. Well I see that they serve the men that are always there, Ok no biggie, until the lady ask me what was it again that I ordered? Really I have been here 10 mins and you don’t even have my food half way ready, and you attended to the freaking dirty prevented men instead!!! Well she explained that she forgot about my order! They will start making it now and it will be 5 more minutes! No thanks keep your food! Really you would rather lose a customer who purchases more then just coffee, like those perverted men!!! I won’t be going back. Seriously though those men need to find somewhere else to stare at women… Like maybe the bar!!!

It’s a 24-hour donut shop. If you’re looking for some sugary fat yumminess, then you’ve found the right place. If you’re looking for something high quality, then this place is probably not for you. One word of caution. Do not get the«Mango Chilla». It tasted like they put vodka in it. Either that, or the juice was old. I didn’t end up finishing it. Anyway, the place is crappy, but it’s a short walk. So, with the cost of gas, I’ll be back for more. (Try the sushi place on the corner. Mmm.)
