I tried to order the broccoli cheddar soup, said they didn’t have enough left for a bowl of soup. I order a sandwich and salad, ten minutes later they said they do not have romaine salad or turkey anymore. I’m pretty sure it didn’t take ten minutes to let me know that, it would have been ok if they told me at The time that I ordered. Really dissapointed today.

This used to be one of my favorite spots for a light dinner, and after convincing my spouse to finally go with me we got ‘Staphanie’ the rudest cashier in the place. All she did was eye roll and mumble, didn’t ask if we wanted to order drinks or anything. It’s not a cheap place either… They have also changed all their sandwiches since the last time I was there so I wasn’t sure what I was getting. But the girl was so rude I just wanted to get ordering over with. They also have ‘table service’ where you have to wait for someone to eventually bring you your food, nice idea except they only have one guy doing it for the entire place at dinner time. So your ‘hot’ soup arrives cold. The manager there is useless as well. We went to tell her about the poor food and service and she was just as bad with her eye rolling and just kept repeating okay like she hears it everyday. This place is nothing like it used to be at all. Save yourself the dissatisfaction and go to Mimi’s Café across the parking lot. They have good soups, sandwiches, and salads plus actual decent service.

I can only offer two stars for something that would have garnered more. Why? Because they totally jacked the menu for«healthy alternatives» ok. When I asked about the bakery items the girl at the counter said they were keeping them. Healthy alternatives? HAHAGOODBYEPANERA

I used to love it here, but I’m over it now. I came in here today to get my favorite soufflé. I didn’t have my contacts in, so I asked the girl which kinds of soufflés they had left. She pointed to them and said«these ones here», yea no shit, lady. Which ones??? Then I ordered a hot coffee. It looks hot and steamy when you pour it, but it was super cold by the time I got home. It tasted like ass. The lines are always long and the«fast line kiosks» are confusing. And this is coming from someone who is pretty tech savvy. Kind of turned off by this place, I feel like it’s kind of overrated now. May or may not be returning.

Panera’s been out of avocados the last two times we’ve visited here. Avocados are in season. Their offerings are too bland without them. Furthermore, avocados are a premium«add»…so without them, the related entrees are overpriced. We weren’t told that they were pour of avocados until after we paid and sat down. The folks at the registers should have said something. Not happy.

NO Avocados! Can’t have a «healthy» sandwich without it can you?. Hear it’s an issue at this place. No Clam Chowder! On a Friday evening, during lent! It wouldn’t be ready for THREEHOURS?! The food itself was alright, I got the Turkey, Bacon, Avocado, minus the Avo and Chicken Noodle soup-no Chowder. Service was good, the busgirl was friendly and helpful and the place was clean.

They are unfortunately very unorganized. Don’t order online, nor through the phone. I placed an order at 8am to be ready at 10am, and when I arrive they said it shouldn’t be long. My order appeared ready on the board screen after 10 min of waiting, but when came up to the pick up side they informed me that it was too early for the soup but they will have it ready as soon as possible. I was in a hurry and that was the reason why I placed my order early so it could be ready when I arrived at 10. I waited roughly 35 min after my order was suppose to be ready Food is decent, but customer service is terrible. I would try a different Panera.

I really love this Panera mostly because of their friendly staff, specifically 2 of them on shift(Jessica and Valerie) who makes me feel like a VIP customer. I come here regularly on Sundays with my friend and almost every time we are greeted with a warm welcome and friendly smile. It’s especially nice when Jessica knew already what my typical order is and including customizations. With regards to areas of improvement, I do think that the coffee condiments can be repositioned to the other end of table or maybe even centered instead of it being in the corner and often times creating a traffic situation amongst other customers wanting to pick up a lid, or stir stick or pour milk. All in all, wonderful place and I’ll keep coming back for the breakfast and friendly staff. Thank you, Panera!

Wasted my lunch time and $ 11 dollars for a half a sandwich and 2 oz of Mac and cheese. I ended eating the bread and lettuce no joke! The meat was disgusting! The Mac and cheese is smaller than any kids size it prob didn’t matter since it was disgusting. The sandwich was messy. They were too distracted saying hello to friends while working. Never regretted spending my money like today. Will not come back. Save your money and go somewhere else or better yet make a sandwich at home it will deff be better since it can’t be worst than what I got.

Sad to see this location go down the drain. Managers come and go and the new ones look younger and inexperienced. They are nice but they are not properly stocked with cream cheese for their bagels, can’t toast the vaguely because toaster is broken, have to go to the back to get utensils and it is just not professional. Take ownership of your restaurant, stock it well and clean it up. Also bathrooms are dirty and the weird thing is that it’s the same person cleaning the bathroom that delivers and handles your food.

This location is decent. Food is always good. Most employees are friendly and parking is decent. They are usually quite busy so tables are not always clean, all you got to do is grab someone and they clean up for you right away. Bathrooms are clean and when in the area and in the mood I will stop by again …

For the second time, the cashier could not direct the person ordering to the right sandwich. The cashier’s lack of knowledge is beyond frustrating… Ended up with the wrong sandwich and even worse there is nothing on it… Steak and cheese with nothing else… Overpriced and disgusting. Avoid this one and go to somewhere else nearby.

Why do I keep coming back here?!? The tables are perpetually dirty. 2 cups of soup and a sandwich… how can you screw up that order? Ok so apparently she didn’t hear us say turkey panini with avocado and bacon. No sandwich aaaand the soups were almost cold. Ugh… such a waste of money, such a waste of life!

Located in a huge shopping plaza. Did Rapid Pick up for a specific time. They were packing it exactly at the time I set. Wheat Bagels, half dozen — $ 6.25 Quick and easy.

You can’t go wrong here(unless you have a gluten allergy). Stopped in for quick dinner. Enjoying broccoli cheddar with sour dough bread. You can come in for coffee, tea, smoothie, bagel, pastry or full on meal. Good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There’s allot of seating including outside. Bathrooms are clean. Service is quick. Staff is limited and not necessarily the cheeriest but they are pleasant.

I personally am a huge fan of Panera. Everything I get is always fresh and delicious. I seem to always try something new when I come. Although, I don’t come often based on pricing. It’s a pretty penny to eat here just to order food and that doesn’t include a drink. That’s the major downfall or else I’d come more often. It always seems to be packed in here because I find it hard to find a table to sit at. Booths are ALWAYS taken. I like that they now have kiosks to order from to avoid the lines. The one thing I get every time is a bread bowl with broccoli n cheddar soup. My fav! I usually order half a sandwich with it. My daughter’s get the kids mac n cheese which comes with a yogurt, drink not included. I have to say myself, their mac n cheese is bomb! They love it, so cheesy! I also love that the sandwiches come with and pickle on the side. Desserts are also yummy, love the muffins and danishes! Coffee is also good. Huge fan, just wish pricing was more affordable for the average size family!

This is my first time writing a Unilocal review. I work at PIH hospital and I ordered from this Panera to have lunch brought to our unit for all the staff on our floor. It is nice that Panera has a delivery service, but I was disappointed to see the portion sizes of all the food we ordered. I eat at panera all the time, and I know their portion sizes. It is ridiculously disappointing to see how stingy they got with our to-go order. I will attach the picture of my salad to show you guys. I don’t recommend ordering from here to have food delivered to you

Food was good, but no dark roast coffee out, no half and half and they will take dishes off tables but do not bother to clean the tables or chairs. Also counter top where coffee was dirty. It wasn’t even busy today and it seemed like most of the employees were not paying attention to details.

Always enjoy this spot… whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. Staff is always so welcoming and after a while, get to know you by name. The desserts are to die for… Carrot cupcake is savory and just enough sweetness. For lunch, my favorite choice is the mediterranean veggie sandwich with black bean soup… Healthy and tasty.

This place is ridiculous. I came here to enjoy soup and tea while I do my homework. I’m writing my paper for 15 mins then the Internet shuts off and it isn’t going to be turned on until 8pm. So it’s off for an hour and a half because according the girl behind the counter«itS a dinner rush and peak hours» oh okay bc there’s no one in line here and about 9 people on this whole place. And your website says peak hours are 11am until 2pm? This is very annoying who shuts off wifi at all, periods ?! Now I have to leave and go somewhere else to do my work. And to top it all off this place is a mess. I had to clear dishes off the table bc they were all empty yet all dirty lazy workers here! And the floor? Oh I’ll post a picture guess this place does not own a broom and dust pan. I knew I should have went to the night owl to begin with. Bird brains here for sure.
