I have been going to Salon D’Tangles for over 15 yrs. Kim is one of the sweetest and most professional stylist I have ever come across.
She cateres to my personality… one time long ago I asked her to tell me when it’s time to «change» my hair do (yep I’m a Mom)… she immediately said «right NOW»!! That’s how honest and caring she is about catering to my best interest!
Everyone at the Salon is super friendly and treats you like a BFF from the moment you walk thru the door.
I would be comfortable going to any one of the other stylist if ever Kim wasn’t available.

I love this place. I never let anyone else cut my hair but Kim. She is my absolute favorite and I have known her my whole life. This is not just your basic Super cuts. This place is quality with personality. You really get to know your hair dresser here and have a conversation with them.
They also have little snacks and coffee you can snack on which is awesome. :) I would recommend this place to anyone!

This was my first time here and OMG, this salon is great. Very welcoming as soon as you walk in. They offer you coffee, pink lemonade, water, pastries as you wait. The waterfall was beautiful and created a tranquil environment in the middle of the salon. Dolores cut and highlighted my hair. She was so nice, sweet, and funny. We got along great. She did an amazing job… I think. The price was great! For as long as I was there and for what she did, I thought it was pretty cheap, especially being my first time highlighting so she had to bleach my hair.
I have found my new hair salon and stylist! :)

This salon is great. I’ve been a customer there for over 2 yrs. I get my hair done there about every 2 months or so, and I am always very pleased with the results. Dolores cuts and colors/​highlights my hair. She’s super sweet and fun. She does a phenominal job. I always get compliments on my hair color. All the staff at this salon are friendly and accomodating. The prices for their services are pretty reasonable. I used to pay more for about the same quailty of service. I don’t live in Whittier anymore but I don’t mind driving a little farther. It’s totally worth it!

Upon entering the salon, you will find a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. There is coffee if you happen to be tired and in need of some perking up. (I don’t like coffee so I never drank any).
I always go to Renee because she is very good and knows how to cut my hair well. I would always show her hairstyles I find in magazines and ask her if she could do my hair like them and yup, yessirree~! She gets it down and fitting to my face perfectly. :D
Whenever I have any questions on how to tease my hair or what kind of product to use, she would recommend to me what she personally enjoys using and what works well.
I enjoy my haircuts and hair colouring here because my hair ends up feeling so pampered. I am always happy with the results. :D
