Carlos has a great team. From the moment they arrived they began working as though they had done this a billion times before. I was so impressed with how efficient the whole team worked together, talk about a well oiled machine! Not only did they replace my old air conditioner, furnace and duct system they also hauled the old ones away. The whole job was done in about 5 to 6 hours the day after I accepted the bid. I called Carlos at Specialize after seeing the business advertised in my local mailer. I was able to schedule an appt. for a consultation the very next day at the time I wanted. At our consultation I shared the two problems in our house, (our kitchen cabinets had been build over a vent without having it capped off, and our bedroom vent lacked force). I mentioned that we also were interested in having him look at our back house as there is no air in the unit. After we walked through the house and identified solutions to my air/​heating problems, we discussed price and possibilities. I never felt pressured from Carlos, in fact he was very forth coming and offered me solutions that were cost effective. In the end, I decided on the unit for the back house and he fixed my other problems for free!
We scheduled the install for 3 days later. The guys were there on time and were great about checking to ensure everything was where I wanted it. Carlos even went by to double check that my request to have to have the outside unit moved around to the back side of the house was honored. Very professional, incredibly reliable, and outstanding products. Not only would I use Specialize again in the future, I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Called this business because I saw them on Unilocal.Was given a same day appt between 12 and 1pm. Technician (David) showed up an hour early, figured out the issue with my furnace in about 15 minutes. Since my furnace was a little older, he had to order the parts, but, they were local and he was back within an hour and finished the job.
Very clean, very professional. Would definitely consider them in the future.

I recommend Specialize with the highest regard. The improvements to our air conditioning system were phenomenal. We interviewed several air professionals to address the AC but Specialize was the right choice to give us the exact results we were looking for at a fair price without having to buy a new condenser or having to relocate it.
