Let me first start off by saying, I never write reviews, but my visit made me pretty angry. I have visited this location many, many times since I work just down the street and have received«okay» service, but I doubt I will be coming back. Stopped in on 6÷20÷16 during my lunch break. I ordered my food to go and got my receipt that said 11:54AM. Sat down for about ten minutes. Got up and waited near the counter because I figured my food would be ready soon. Waited for another 15 minutes, employees looked at me and said nothing. After noticing everyone in line was ordering and getting their food before me, I finally went up to the counter, where I waited for another five minutes, again being ignored by all the employees, until the cashier finally came back. I handed him my receipt and told him I was still waiting. He took it without saying anything and again, I was awkwardly standing at the counter waiting for another five minutes. Someone finally put my food on the counter and walked away, no «I’m sorry for the wait» or anything. I wasn’t even given my receipt back. Then to top it all off, after getting my food back to my work, the tacos I ordered were WRONG! I understand working fast food isn’t the greatest job in the world, but come on. I do not recommend this place, find another Taco Bell down the street.

I hate this place. Yesterday 5÷31÷16 I guess someone took my food off the counter and the staff and manager were just oblivious. Asked for a refund still charged me for my drink. Asked for a receipt they acted like it was impossible to print a copy. Never will I ever return to this location and I was freaken starving the second half of my work day.

If I could give this store no stars I would. I came at lunch time around 1230 pm and when I drove up there was a worker outside cursing with a friend and smoking in his uniform. I watched him throw his ashes on someone’s car. Then the manager Jennifer V was the RUDEST person I have ever encountered in my entire life. How they ever allowed her to be a manager is beyond me. And how she is allowed to even continue to deal with customers, all I can say is WOW. Ahe threw my receipt at me and looked disgusted at the fact I even wanted a receipt. How Taco Bell hires hoodlums and such inconsiderate and rude people is beyond me. You people should be happy to even have jobs with the way the economy is. DONTGOTOTHISTACOBELLEVER!!!

NOCUSTOMERSERVICE! Today I saw a large Line in the drive thru. so I decided to sit down inside and eat. We walk inside and saw 1 couple sitting down, we walked up to the counter and waited and waited for about 2 – 3 minutes while 4 – 6 people including the manager were getting orders served thru the window to the drivers. I said can some one help? I asked the manager that’s was messing with the drive thru register. And he turned around look at us l and kept working with the cash register and the girl both of them at the window with 4 – 6 employees working in the back! Helping them. We waiting a a few more seconds and left! Not worth coming to this location if you need service. All you had to say is one minute or acknowledge us. You did none! the Manager doesn’t have Costumer service skills!

They never give enough hot sauce packets as if they are hoarding them as currency if the apocalypse hits. The last few times I have went they have always forgotten something on my order and I always feel like I’m being rushed when ordering.

I ordered through the app and when I arrived no one knew how to pull up my order, the manager even told me there were no orders in the system, then the employee working the drive thru confirmed my order, whats the point of the app if the employees dont know how to use it?

Woo-Hoo everybody I thought these burritos were gonna be the same, but I was wrong it’s even better great taste less guilty about what you’re eating. Metabolizing got faster. Thanks to the new drive thru diet plan called«Fresco». Everything is fresh and tasty… Yummy!!! Oh yeah and very satisfying … Mmmmmm tummy happy and shedding Lbs… oh yeah!!! Hurry while it lasts!!!

This rating isn’t about food quality. We all know you don’t go here for a five star meal. Most of us go here because it’s cheap, and they don’t even have that going for them anymore. It takes nine to ten bucks worth of this garbage to fill me up now, the way they keep nickel and dime-ing everyone with their price increases. Almost three bucks for a burrito that is comparable to the size of a Red Bull can? No thanks. If you’re going to ratchet up the prices year after year, you could at least accompany it with a modest portion increase, folks. At least make it seem like you’re not just being greedy, but nope, guess that’s too much to ask. But, really, all this means is that I can now officially get food(that isn’t complete garbage) for about two bucks cheaper at Chipotle. Seeya, Taco Bell. The years of you offering barely adequate food for a fair price are over, and so I shall now bid you good day.

Finally!!! the first Taco Bell that actually marked our order properly: my husband always get something meaty and I always ask for the veggie version yet until now every Taco Bell has marked our food items incorrectly and I always end up taking a bite of meat and spitting it out. Thank you for getting it right in restoring my faith in T-bell goodness. Quick drive through service, plenty of napkins without having to ask, and the food was still made with care, not sloppy at all.

Stopped here for a quick bite if I could I would give up Taco Bell but its just so good and cheap and fatty !!! Anywhoooo as usual this place messed up the order I mean really you can’t figure out how the difference between a hard taco as soft taco this isn’t rocket science people! So of course I’m not saying I’m giving up Taco Bell! Come on people that’s just crazy talk. However ill go to a different one instead and hope for the best. Cheers & Happy Eating

I wish I could give this a NO star because the manager Jennifer V was so rude to my cousin. my cousin went to the bathroom after she ordered. when my cousin came out she asked Jennifer did you call my order? Jennifer bobbled her head and said we’ve been calling your number. then 2 minutes before 5 ended for happy hour my cousin went to order the slushy drink and the lady told her no you’re too late and was real rude about it again. so my sister went up to ask her it wasn’t even late but Jennifer grabbed the recite when it came out and threw it right in front of us. the worst experience I had at Taco Bell! and I hate Taco Bell. I really hope they can find a new manager to replace Jennifer V cuz that’s not professional at all.

The drive thru service is fine. Food is chain restaurant quality but the reason I’m giving it a one star is for the manager Jennifer V, who apparently goes under the name«Jenni» as well. We came as a large group and she already started off being extremely rude. We also ordered off the special Happy Hour that is currently going on at Taco Bell, but we ordered at 4:58 which she should have still honored the special price. Happy Hour is from 2−5pm. If there was some fine print she should have told us calmly instead of yelling her head off that it’s over and she won’t sell us two drinks. I am not fighting the price, I am fighting that if she is indeed the manager then she is the most inexperienced, least qualified, unprofessional manager I have ever seen at a place of business.

(11/11/2013) This place is always a little messy. Floors sticky, tables have crumbs… that kind of thing. Another thing is that if your order is some what large, they almost always forget something. But what I hate about this place is the obnoxious teens hanging around, yelling, running around, bumping into people. Pros: Good food, good prices Lots if seating Some what clean Plenty of parking They sell pizza as well Cons: Never quite clean enough Missing stuff from your order Bathrooms could be cleaner Obnoxious teens
