Called several printer repair places to get a quote on fixing the fuser for a HP Laserjet 4100 at our office. I spoke to Greg @ Titanium Print Solutions, he quoted me a price, and asked me what exactly the issue was so he could have the proper parts available. After speaking with him, I called around to a few other places, and the prices were way more expensive, or the company tried to sell me on maintenance plans, etc.
After getting approval to fix the machine I called back and scheduled with Greg to have him come out. He came out the same day, at the promised time, and was in and out in 15 minutes. He did an excellent job fixing the printer, and the boss is happy again!
Definitely adding him to my Rolodex of people to call when the printer stops working! :)
