My boyfriend and I have been staying here for the past few weeks for his work. The rooms are great for the price and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and well appointed. I’m shocked at the crappy reviews of this place, unless maybe the 1-star posters forgot where they stayed. The neighborhood is kinda crappy, so this place is a nice oasis. The texas-shaped waffles are fun and the free breakfast is great. The hotel is pet-friendly too. TVs are newer and get lots of channels

Room is really clean and big. For the money it’s great. The chick at the front desk needed an attitude check. Drive 10 hours and got there around 7:30pm. I was expecting some southern Texas hospitality but got completely rude… attitude and distain. Sorry I bothered you and made you do your job. Other than that… It’s easy on and easy off the highway. Stayed 1 night while traveling cross country. Will try another one when we get to MS or LA

In my opinion this hotel is the only good experience that happen to us in Wichita Falls. The customer service was great. The front desk guy was really nice and professional. The only great customer service experience we had in this little town. The bed is very comfortable. Clean room.

Air conditioner was off, room over 100 turned on air at 6 pm it was still too hot to sleep at 10 pm. No air in halls At the end of June and every day over 100 the pool was still closed for the season. Bathroom in lobby out of order. Stay somewhere else if possible

Mani checked us in both nights — he’s the best. I recommend staying on the lower floors for hot water in the shower. Clean rooms, friendly staff. El Chico for dinner — within walking distance.

What a dump! One star is over-rating this hole. The pool looks like New Orleans post-Katrina. It was empty and the deck was littered with partially disassembled and trashed appliances. The room was so crowded with flea market furniture that I tripped and fell flat on my face, rug-burning my elbow. The shower curtain was so long it would be very easy to trip over it. We had a 12 hour drive the next morning so we turned in early. At 1:45 am the most God-awful roar crashed through the room. We thought it was the jacuzzi though no water was coming out. The cold water handle came off in our hands. I called the front desk. I was told there was no maintenance and no spare rooms. The noise continued and she finally agreed to come up. When she got there she said, «oh, that’s just TJ next door running his water.» It finally shut off and I told her to leave a note for the morning shift; I wanted a full refund. BreakfasThis cesspool and Quality Inns stole $ 157.07 from us. Never again! t sucked. Frosted Flakes in a styrofoam bowl and a banana. No hot food of any kind. I went to the front desk and asked the clerk if she had been told of the night before. She was a real winner, her hair still wet from her shower. At least she took one. The first words out of her mouth were, «Sir, we cain’t give you no refund.» I asked who could and she said no one. I said there must be a boss. «They ain’t here.» I asked for contact information. «I cain’t give that out.» WTF? Are they secret agents??? There were business cards on the desk and I took one. I said that THIS is contact information. «That just the phone number here». What a flipping genius. I said THISISCONTACTINFORMATION! This cesspool and Quality Inns stole $ 157.07 from us. Never again!

My husband had to stay in this hotel every weekend for a month for his job and I came and visited him every single time. I’ll start with the cleanliness… the first time we stayed here, there were black hairs underneath the comforter. Safe to say, we didn’t sleep under the blanket that night. The bathroom was clean, the floor had been vacuumed and overall, everything seemed sanitary. The noise was very minimal. We were never woken up by screaming kids outside of the hallway, slamming doors or anything of the sort. Two out of the four rooms came with a refrigerator and microwave, which were both clean and working. The television had HBO which we enjoyed and although it was an older television, it still showed a clear picture. One of our biggest problems with this hotel was the air conditioner. It was placed so awkwardly. There was a huge armoire/dresser placed in front of it blocking about half of the air. It was so unbearably hot in all of our rooms, it was hard for us to sleep.(I’d suggest bringing a fan?) Another issue was with the WI/FI. It did not work three out of the four times we visited, even with them resetting it once an hour. It finally started working after they had to call the Comcast guy out to look at it. Even after it was«working», we were only able to receive 2 bars. Very slow and irritating especially when I had things to do and people to stalk! The breakfast was decent. The waffles were absolutely disgusting but the sausage and biscuits weren’t half bad. The orange juice came straight from a box but is also wasn’t terrible. Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the air conditioning and lack of wireless internet activity, but it was fairly priced, clean and safe.
