Chipotle Mexican Grill

I go here probably twice a week and I’ve never waited longer then 10 – 15 minutes for my food. The food is always fresh and always cooked perfectly. The food is also roughly health depending on what you order of course, but knowing you can get healthier options at a fast pace for cheap is really relieving. If you haven’t tried chipotle you need to because if your not your missing out for sure.

I did not like the layout of this location. The flow was very awkward and uncomfortable. You were literally stand on top of people who were already eating while you are in line waiting to order. The quality of the food and service by the employees were superb. I have no complaints there. BE SO CAREFUL when parking. It’s a but of a mess too!!!

Went here for lunch with my sister today and I have to say it was a let down :(It was about noon and as we walked in we noticed that there were only four patrons in the restaurant. The problem was the music was so loud that we could not be heard to give our order. It was very uncomfortable. I asked for it to be turned down and was told that they could not do that. (Whatever)
When I tried to give my order (again having to shout) the person behind the counter tried to anticipate what I was going to say and even before the words were out of my mouth he was putting items in my burrito. I did not appreciate that. I asked him to please slow down and to listen to how I would like it prepared. Because he made it wrong the first time, he had to start over. I can appreciate wanting to provide quick service, but please listen to your customer first.
Because it was so loud in the restaurant, we decided to eat outside. The outside patio was pleasant enough. The burritos was large enough that both sis and I were able to take home leftovers.

The employees at this location are always friendly and they work quickly, which is nice considering the line often wraps all the way around the dining room! I get our food to go, but there always seems to be seating available despite the lines. Hubby gets chicken fajita burrito with guacamole and hot sauce, I prefer either the salad or the burrito with carnitas, the mild salsa and black beans. My one complaint is that there is a $ 1.80 charge for extra guacamole. I don’t enjoy the stuff, but hubby loves it and insists on adding it. Seems a little pricey to me!

I’m just not seeing why this place is populer. I ordered a steak burrito and basically had a rice burrito with gristle.
