I always have Cold Stone when I’m in Arizona. Given that it’s a chain, I figured it would be the same in Kansas. Nope! The worst service and quality. My churro sundae and funnel cake took 7 minutes each, so 14 minutes total to make. That’s fine if they actually came out warm and fresh, instead of room temp and blah. My canned strawberries were brown and mushy. The employees were so unfriendly and unenthusiastic. How do you mess up ice cream?!

Came for a Sunday night treat, had it not been for the great ice cream here we would’ve left. Extremely slow service for the crowd of ppl waiting in line. Granted there were only two young employees working, they were dragging, un motivated, yawning, no smiles, and not giving «superior service» as promised by their motto.

Very disappointed with the level of service. The 3 employees seemed to have little interest in doing their job. At one point as I looked at the line which was out the door, I noticed that none of the employees were engaged in serving a customer such as scooping ice cream, adding mixins, cashing out… etc. It took us 45 minutes to get our ice cream. Many customers walked out after observing the lazy attitude of the workers. Most cold stones I have been to have the name of the manager prominently displayed in the store but not here which also suggests to me a lack of accountability and this is reflected in the employees.
The ice cream itself was typical cold stone… very good.

Some of the best ice cream EVER! Any size you want from tiny, to holy shit I’m getting diabetes tonight. Great ingredients too! Practically anything you could want, and if you want extra they’ll add it! But the best part, I mean THE BEST PART, is the texture of the ice cream. Not too hard, not too soft, creamier than custard, and not absurdly rich. Absolutely perfect.

I love ice cream & have had ice cream from places all over US & Asia. Cold Stone in Wichita KS is pretty good. Very creamy. The big problem I have with this store is they always cheat me out of the ice cream I paid for. I was just there 10 min ago. Paid $ 10.18 for the ours size. Came home & looked inside & I got ¾ of the container of ice cream. Pathetic!!! Charged me money & didn’t even give me a full cup.

Cold Stone is the Starbucks of ice cream places. If you love spending FIVE BUCKS for an item that shouldn’t be more than two, have at it.
The shop was packed when I was there. People love this place!
