The sandwich was alright, it took forever to get my sandwich and it wasn’t even busy… like 20 mins. The owner looked like she didn’t even want to be there.

The service never disappoints. Delicious, warm sandwich, not too hot or cold. Excellent selection of chips. I always drink their delicious tea. I’m already known as a regular and they know who I am.

SO much better than Subway. My party had the brisket/cheese sub, I had a low-cal sriracha beef. Obviously the regular sub bread was much better than the wheat roll on mine, but still, I’d eat either of these before Subway.
HOWEVER, one place Subway outshines, is price. At Firehouse, a medium sub, low-cal sub, one bag of chips and two large drinks was $ 20. Ouch. So $ 40 to feed a family of four. I’d rather go to Applebees or something for that price range.
I’d go back, but unfortunately Subway will probably get more of my business, as it’s cheaper. Lots cheaper.
The help was so-so, I guess it’s a new store so they’re not quite up to speed yet, but nobody smiles (nobody!), and the person taking my order left off one of my items (fortunately I caught it before she totaled it, though she looked at me like I never told her in the first place… heh)
Good bread, though, but nothing remarkable overall. Pretty much the same type of subs everybody else has.
