IHOP

Waited 45 min for food. Was told kitchen lost the ticket. 15min layer still no food. We decided to leave because we were hungry. The server offered us some fruit. We said no thanks and were leaving and the server yelled to the kitchen to cancel table 26 they just walked out. How embarrassing. Will never reccomend or go there again

Late night snack around 3am. It was a good experience until we found a hair in my friends sandwich! Ugh gross! It was a long hair and all of us lost our appetites after that. Hair nets need to be worn here. Will not be back!

Few IHOPs are ever really great. When I lived in Wichita, this IHOP was decent, serviceable. Not at all on our most recent and last trip.
I should have gotten the hint when we pulled up on a Sunday morning and we could get a parking space and there was plenty of seating. Despite the wide open seats, it took a while to get us a seat because they were woefully understaffed. This corner of Wichita has experienced great growth in restaurants, and it appears IHOP has lost people to other competition.
The service was dreadfully slow. The drink orders were delivered to the wrong table and then they had to refill them. The bacon and sausage didn’t taste right. The hashbrowns were inconsistently cooked. Some of us got nice crispy hashbrowns. Some, like my wife and I, got undercooked hashbrowns.
Meh. Not worth my time. We’ll go elsewhere for breakfast.

Lupe our server was great. Food was as expected from any IHOP and made for a great start to the day. My only complaint related to curb appeal and interior keep-​up. Entry to building was very dirty and made for a poor first impression. Booths and tables are really showing wear and need some paint. Staff made up for these, but someone should address.

Had simply pancakes with bacon and scrambled eggs. Pancakes were good but the eggs and bacon were awful. They still haven’t fixed the air conditioning system that’s makes some of the tables vibrate.

Always partial to IHOP, and this one is no exception. The food was good and the service was memorable. Could have done without the screaming baby, but that’s not their fault.

Good food and fresh… few things of concern while waiting half an hour for our seats.
My lady pointed out an employee eating a croûton off of a customer’s salad in the making. She obviously was savoring it, because she was licking her fingers and going back for seconds… really?!
Any wifi here? Yes, it’s just password protected. You have to ask the server for the login info, which I did. I tried the wifi, but i was unable to join. Why not just leave the wifi open like the all the other ihops?
Food tasted good, and was plenty, didn’t notice any bites out of my pancakes…
