Service is great but phở on the other hand could be better. The broth is missing something I don’t know what it is but the phở places on the east side is much better. But whenever I’m on the west side and craving for phở I go here for sure.

Ate here once a week while going to school at Tabor Wichita. I should say I ate here ATLEAST once a week while going to school. The food here is excellent and the hospitality is second to none!!! Finished school and this is still a regular stop for me!!!

Food tastes great, service is nice as well, they seem very friendly. Only downside i had about it is that they give you small amounts of steamed rice to go with any meat dish which usually comes with a lot of meat. To get more steamed rice or even a second cup of soda, you gotta pay extra. Always go with water here unless 1 cup of soda works for you.

Phở Chopstix is a shining example of great service and great food. This is a small, affordable, and family-run restaurant has some of the best phở in town. It’s also worth noting that they serve all the other traditional Vietnamese dishes. When I used to work on the west side I became pretty familiar with the owner who makes the phở broth himself each morning. It’s one of my favorite places to eat on the west side, I would highly recommend it.

First time since the new ownership and introduction of phở to the menu. Had the regular size bowl of eye of round, sirloin tendon and meatball phở and a Korean pork sandwich. The phở was light and refreshing. The broth could have been a bit more seasoned for my taste but nothing a little salt and pepper didn’t fix. Noodles were spot on, meat was tender and flavorful. Complimentary plate of standard veggies came with the phở to include bean sprouts, mint leaves, sliced jalepeño and lime wedges. The sandwich was phenomenal. The pork was perfectly cooked and seasoned with that nice char broil flavor. The vegetables crisp and fresh and bathed in a delicious fish sauce. The roll was crispy on the outside, soft inside and a perfect carrier for the yummies onboard. Atmosphere is casual, place was clean, neat and service was very good. Washed it down with a Thai tea w/boba which was also very tasty and refreshing. Looking forward to go back and sample more of their menu. Oh and cost was not bad. Two sandwiches, two regular bowls of phở(I can’t imagine eating the large bowl in one sitting… I didn’t finish all the broth in my regular bowl), the Thai tea and an iced tea for $ 33.

Went here because another restaurant down the street was closed. It was small but clean and the servers were so nice. They didn’t make me feel rushed at all on my order and she helped me with dishes I hadn’t heard of before. I ordered to go and my order was made fresh and ready in under 5 minutes. I had the phở with steak and it was really good!

I love their phở(soup). Healthy, large serving and delicious. The Chinese dishes are good too but phở is what most of us are here for.

This was my first time here and the shrimp phở was very good! The thing I like about this place over others is that they remove the tail off the shrimp before they put it in the phở. It makes it a lot easier to eat when you’re hungry! I didn’t like their crab Rangoon or their chicken wings. The Rangoon has a lot of garlic, peppers and onions and I eat crab Rangoon everywhere I go & this was THE first time I couldn’t eat it. The wings were not regular hot wings they had generals hot sauce that they put on generals chicken so that through me off a bit, I was expecting regular hot wings. Other than that service was great & efficient! !

Delicious! I’m in town for work and thought I’d pop in for lunch. It was incredibly fast and the broth of the chicken phở was exactly what I was craving. Very friendly staff.

This is my go to place for Phở! I try to eat here at least once a week and have never had a bad experience. The wait staff are always very polite and work together to make sure your drinks always stay full. I have eaten a lot of Phở in various locations in Wichita and I always come back here for the tasty broth. We have had various other menu items including the Orange Chicken and Generals Chicken and everything has been nicely flavored with large portions. The Bahn Mi sandwiches are very good as well.

Bland Phở, it tasted like warm water. Service was OK. I explained this was our first Vietnamese experience and she just said, you like and walked away. We wont be returning

This is my second visit here. The first was just as good as this one. I had the #1 phở with everything. Awesome. I tried the sandwich today also. Wow. I’m glad I did. Will definitely have one the next time I’m in Kansas.

One of the better Vietnamese places north of Kellogg on either the east or west side. Solid phở with any protein variety(the eye of round/meatball being my go to), wonderful fresh spring rolls, and delicious bahn mi with fresh accouterments. Service is always fast and their prices are very reasonable for a quick lunch!

Good price, we like the phở„ i liked the galbi,(korean ribs), and i always had their strawberry shake with tapioca pearls, and get extra pearls. Though it’s a small restaurant, service was good.

I found the viet part of the menu typical. The chinese part was not memorable either. I ordered the korean pork dish with rice. There were grease puddles on my plate. I don’t have enough reasons to return.

This is actually a legitimately good phở restaurant in Wichita. I have been to nearly every Vietnamese place in town, and unfortunately the bar is set very low in Wichita for phở. In general OKC and Dallas area have MUCH better phở. I have taken ICT friends to OKC to my favorite phở place and they are usually blown away at how much better it is than everything in Wichita. My Vietnamese bf and I decided randomly to go to Phở Chopstix when we were on our way to a movie at the IMAX. We have now decided Phở Chopstix is possibly our favorite in Wichita. The Vietnamese sandwich they have is the best in Wichita. MUCH better than My Tho for both the phở and the banh mi. The service is great as well and they treat you like family there. They get to know. the first time my boyfriend and I went, we chatted with the cute and sassy daughter of the owners throughout the meal. The second time we went in, months later, she remembered exactly who we were. I was impressed.

While most people’s highest compliment to Phở Chopstix is their location on the west side of town, my phở experience here was good enough to stand up to many of their east side competitors, though not necessarily to warrant visiting if it’s out of your way. Like many, Phở Chopstix offers a variety of Chinese dishes to placate the timid, but you and I are here for the phở. And maybe some café sua da. The broth of the dac biet was well-seasoned long before I arrived, and the brisket rare enough to cook ever so slowly as I ate. The tripe was a little tough, and the meatballs maybe a little mishappen, but they hit all the right notes, so I was a plenty happy to sit and enjoy a bowlful of noodles.
