Wraps were delicious. I love this place always perfect. Customer service is outstanding.

It’s a sad day when you walk into Planet Sub to find Fox news on TV and country music on the radio. Also, new management doesn’t allow for switching ingredients around to create your own sandwiches. Too bad corporate didn’t let them keep some of the soul.

I grab a sandwich here about 2 x’s a year. I don’t set the bar too high. My last visit left me really feeling sorta overpriced and meh…, unimpressed. I ordered the Beefeater. Bacon was microwaved and there was no cream cheese on the sandwich. I grabbed some chips and a drink too. For over $ 10, I guess I expected more. The place looked dirty and the 10 of Hearts I got for my order arrival truly had seen better days and had a lot of food particulate on it! It was 2:10 on s Saturday and should not have taken 15 minutes to get my order. I recommend Bocco Deli & Jason’s Deli A Lot more! Just saying, it’s a sandwich! Make it worthy. I’ll be back again. It’s a convenience thing.

Good food, but slow service, and overpriced — paid $ 13 for a sandwich, chips, and a drink. Sorry, but can get the same food, much quicker, and much cheaper, elsewhere.

We like planet sub a lot, it’s a cool regional chain that I think started in Lawrence so it’s got kind of a college town vibe. My favorite sandwich is the green turkey because the guacamole and cream cheese are perfect on it. Last time I was there I got the meatless masterpiece — also tasty but I might have them go light on the onions next time. The tuna bacon melt is really good. The staff is nice, it’s not too crowded. They have crayons and paper for the kids and we love eating on the patio overlooking the pond. I guess the only thing I don’t like is that it’s $ 3 to add chips and a drink to your sandwich which is a bit more than other fast food places. But the sandwiches by themselves are a great value starting at $ 5 for a half, and a half fills me up.

Excellent choice for Sub sandwiches. Mildly pricey, but for an extra couple bucks you can avoid nasty subway and eat a nice actually fresh meal here instead.

Came for lunch and ordered 2 half sandwiches and drink and chips and was quoted over $ 20…considering the other options for a lunch time sandwiches around N rock Rd corridor I’ll try the other options around town for lunch sandwiches due to pricing.

Planet Sub has a large selection of sandwiches available and are reasonably priced considering the unique options and fresh ingredients. I had the«Green Turkey» sandwich and it was very tasty. The ingredients were fresh and I loved the toasted bread. The building does not look like it from the outside but it is spacious, clean, and has tons of seating available. I will definitely be back.

Sandwich actually took awhile to get and all from a back kitchen which I could see from where I waited about 15 minutes for two regular planet sub sandwiches. There is a whole front area where it appears sandwiches could be made behind glass in order for customers to watch, it looks like it’s a huge open storage area, at least make it look like it’s in use. Sandwich was ok, not the best sandwich on the planet, but just ok. There have been quite a few places in wichita that immediately make me a return customer, planet subs prob not, I may try it again just to reconfirm or adjust my review and opinion.

Fabulous!!! This is the second planet sub I’ve been to and it’s soooo much better than the store on Greenwich. The girls here were so upbeat and happy! Very please with the customer service and the food!!!

Huge menu! Lots of potential sandwiches. Potato salad is good. I usually get the chicken parmesan. Fun atmosphere. The staff and can be a little crabby in my experience but that has never deterred me from dining in.

Great place for a sub sandwhich. Good selection on the menu and a nice atmosphere if you want to eat there instead of taking it with you. They even have a small outdoor seating area next to a little pond. We’ve become fans of this place over similar sub shops when we just want a sandwhich for lunch or even a quick inexpensive dinner.

I had a Teriyaki Chicken sub and my wife had the Chipotle Chicken Wrap. Both were very good. I like Planet Sub because their sandwiches come out hot on toasted bread(made in-house). The teriyaki sub had good size chunks of chicken in it. The chipotle wrap was very spicy. Planet Sub always has quick service and their veggie sub menu is very extensive. I’ve tried several different subs and have never been disappointed. Great subs, large menu, fast service. What’s not to like about Planet Sub?

I’ve been to Planet Sub several different times and try to order a different sub each time. Haven’t been disappointed yet. The bread is awesome and the staff has always been friendly.

Planet sub is one of my favorite chains here in Wichita for a good sandwich. The bread is freshly made, crusty and delicious. This is coming from a non bread lover. Selection is incredible. Unlike the average sandwich shop, their toppings for sandwiches vary greatly. My favorites are the Pastrami Melt(with pastrami(go figure), brown mustard and sauerkraut) or the Green Turkey(Guacamole, bean sprouts, salsa and some other stuff). Even their soups are good. The customer service is professional and good, with one sole exception in my PS experience. One day one of the employees took their lunch break and decided he wanted to sit and chat with me. Nothing bad, but just a bit strange. The only downfall to this place is that the sandwiches take some preparation time to make, so be prepared to wait a few minutes longer than you would at a subway. Other than that, the quality is excellent and the service is very good.

I basically stalk this local sub shop with a vengeance. And with each visit I order a different sub — each equally delicious! My first sub remains my favorite — «The Green Turkey». They also have a HUGE vegetarian selection, and they offer blue powerade, which to some may not matter, but for me is super exciting. If you like sandwiches, you’ll LOVE Planet Sub. If you hate sandwiches, you’ll probably STILL love Planet Sub(Salads are awesome!!). Check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful assortment of sub sandwiches including nice variety of tasty vegetarian specials. The bread is made there, and toasted nicely. They are very flexible about removing or substituting ingredients. They have a punch card system so we’ve been able to earn a few sandwiches already. Also have the usual assortment of fountain drinks and chips, and in season, they’ll have a soup or two that you can choose from, as well as salads. We love their Big Dipper, Dagwood’s Dream(hold the ham), Green Turkey, the Planet Combo and the Pesto Bello Combo(both are vegetarian but can add meats)., The Veggie, the Veggie Grinder, Greek Tossed Salad, and I keep thinking I’ll try some of the others there but we’ve just not made it back. We’ve also never gone to the one out on East Kellogg but then again, we’re rarely in that neighborhood. Great prices! We like all of the sandwich shops — Quiznos, Subway, etc. but Planet Sub just has an extra oompf that we really like! Oh and there is a sort of seasonal open air dining available overlooking the little pond next door so that’s really neat!
