Let me just start off by saying when someone says they will do something, I expect them to do that. If you say you’ll call me the next day with an update, do it, even if there’s no update. To me that is minus all stars right there. Under-promise and over-deliver is something this store needs to learn. I miss Haddock out East and always thought highly of Simply Mac as I have had good service from them in other cities. I won’t go into too much detail about my experience as well as my family members, but come about a month later and several calls to Apple(by us) and visits to this store the computer is fixed. Apple ended up footing the bill because of this store’s incompetence, the person I worked with on the phone for Apple could never get in touch with anyone at this store via phone for any follow ups. So moral of the story is this store needs to get things together and Apple stands behinds its products and stores that provide service.

Not impressed. Walked in about 7:00 — 7:15 pm. Wife was having problems with new IPad(not purchased there); couldn’t get it to take her Apple ID and password. Ended up saying they had to «restore» it. Also wanted two vinyl screen protectors put one(one on the old IPad). Walked out at 9:10 pm with no screen protectors! Nice enough people, but I’m thinking if you have a new store open, you probably need at least one member of the«varsity» around at all times.
