This sonic is often is slow and gets orders incorrect. There has been several times it took too long and then my order was incorrect. In the past few months my service has only been good once.

If you use this Sonic BE SURE to check that your order has been correctly filled before you leave. AGAIN tonight they gave me a single burger after I ordered & paid for a double. The young man serving me even read the order back to me when he brought it out. Got home before discovering I’d been had again. Bye Sonic, never again.

Awful. Went there about 4:30 (not rush hour) and it took forever to get a combo and a kids meal. Checked the bag, no ranch dressing as we asked for. They brought some out. Left and got several blocks away and they forgot the kids toy. Turned around and got they toy. Finally got home to find that the chicken strips for the kids meal were hard as a rock and burned. The sandwich was supposed to have no tomatoes tomatoes had two big squishy tomatoes. The toy that we drove back for was not a toy at all but an advertisement for an app with a few crappy stickers. Will not be going back. Absolutely horrible food and crappy service.

I love their happy hour drinks from 2 – 4. Unfortunately I don’t get here as often as I would like to try something new and crazy. They even have nerds that they put in your slushes now. I don’t think it’s for me but their tea options are top notch.

This Sonic has terrible service. I came here around 6:30PM and only ordered a drink. I waited in my car for at least fifteen minutes before the carhop finally delivered the drink. They did not offer to give me a free drink or coupon for the wait, nor did they apologize for the wait. They were extremely rude. Worst Sonic experience hands down. I will not be coming back to this location.

It’s a Sonic. The food has been good each time and they are always prompt on getting my order out. The one time I had to wait an unusually long time they took the effort to come let me know it would be a few minutes for my food and offered me a drink while I waited. Not all Sonics have this good of consistency.
