Carl’s Jr.

This place is now closed because it had bad food, bad service, bad hygiene, a bad location and obviously, bad management.

This is probably the worst Carl’s Jr I’ve ever been to. We waited quite awhile for our food. While we waited, other patrons were going up to the counter telling the cashier that their order was made incorrectly. Meanwhile it didn’t seem like any one employee could accomplish a single task on their own, this resulted in constant yelling for help. There was a man, probably the manager/​owner asking loudly where someone else was and no one knew. It took 2 people to make my strawberry shake which then was a sloppy mess. The food was good hence the two stars, wouldn’t come back though as there seems to be a serious lack of training here.

Well going through town, stopped here as it was convenient. I ordered a grilled cheese with sausage. It was $ 3.23. I gave the girl $ 5.25. She handed me the $ 2 and then asked, «would you like your coins?» I thought that very strange as I’ve never been asked that before. Now granted it was only 2 cents, but there was no coin dish, and to ask me that seemed very odd. I said no, and got my change.
The guy in the back was microwaving my sandwich, YES microwaving, and was asking the girl about why she had to leave early again. All the while the microwave ding had come and gone. By the time he got to it (I was the only customer this entire time) I guess he figured he waited too long and it was not hot anymore. He microwaved it more. Well by the time I got it I could not eat it til I drove 30 miles as it was scalding inside and the bread was mushy.
Also to be noted, their receipt does not show the Carl’s Jr name, nor address, nor phone number.
Something bad about this place.
Go across the street to McDonalds.

Waited WAY to long in the drive thru for my small order of chicken and onion rings. Then to top it all off they messed up my order and forgot my sauce. But at least the food was good…

Took the longest to give me charbroiled chicken salad; 20 mins. Only 7 people in the place, but they took so long. It is not fast food; it is SLOW FOOD. The one guy in kitchen said 10 mins when I placed the order, but even though it is one guy working in kitchen and one gal at register, it shouldn’t take this long

Went here after Subway had a sign on the door saying their oven was broken. I didn’t feel like a burger, so I went with the Bacon Swiss Crispy Chicken sandwich (plain) with fries & iced tea. When the food came out, my sandwich was without lettuce, tomato, and ranch, as expected, but it was also missing the bacon. Ugh. I didn’t feel like taking it back so I just ate it as it was. It was a very thick piece of chicken! And a thick slice of cheese! It was ok, not amazing. I didn’t finish the whole sandwich. Fries were good.
We also got a chocolate shake to share. It was alright, but I’ve had better chocolate shakes elsewhere. When I went to get a refill of tea, they were out. :(I wasn’t going to wait since we wanted to get back on the road, so we went on our way.

People are haters. This Carl’s Jr is great — very friendly, helpful staff. Sometimes you have to wait a bit but that’s every Carl’s Jr I have ever been to– if you don’t want to wait, get crappy McDonald’s food. Otherwise, enjoy the tasty stuff from a friendly hardworking crew!

Never stopped in this restaurant but was hungry and had a few minutes for lunch over the weekend.
The folks were wonderful and the manager really bent over backwards to help, so had a very pleasant meal and experience here.

Ordered a few meal we where the only ones ordering food. The guy had to be reminded twice for my daughter shake which she never got til she was done eating cause he was too busy playing around with his co workers

We waited for ten minutes to get our food. There was another group of people before us and behind us that were workers from there and the staff kept talking to them instead of cooking our food. It was ridiculous. The manager even came out and joined in on the fun. They need to be more professional and take care of their customers.

I agree with the review from Scott B. I stopped here on the way back from a basketball game. When I went in I was the only one in the store. It took a couple minutes before anyone even realized I was there. They could not ring up my order correctly — the manager had to come put it in the register. Shortly after that another group came in and ordered.
It took about 10 minutes to get my order in, and about 20 – 25 minutes after that I received my food. They gave me a chicken sandwich instead of a burger and had to remake me a burger. It took another five minutes or so to get me my burger. They also messed up the other groups order.
The food would have been disappointing without the wait.

My friends and I stopped here to eat on the way back from Prescott. First of all, the cashier never greeted us. I ordered a char grilled bbq sandwich by itself, and when I told her that she had to get her manager to punch it into the register. My two other friends ordered specialized meals and they messed both of theirs up as well.
It took 10 minutes to complete my order and 15 – 20 minutes to complete my friend’s orders. They messed both orders up and they had to be remade, tacking on another 5 minutes to the order time.
Overall, the service there was horrible and they couldn’t understand simple instructions when we ordered the food. Other customers in there looked like they had the same issues. The manager on duty didn’t look like she knew what she was doing, so that didn’t help the situation at all either.
