The massage therapy service is top notch and has very competitive pricing.
The chiro service has been a life saver for me. I have a bulging disc that acts up once or twice a year. I don’t like seeing my regular doctor for this because I only get pain meds and bed rest. This never helps my problem, just dulls the pain. Dr. H and the other doctors have gone above and beyond to properly diagnose my issue, provide therapy, and adjustments when needed.

I have been coming here since he opened across the street. Best rates in the Wildomar, Temecula, Murrietta area. They always smile and give me my back tune ups whenever I need. Thank you all! Just come and see. They don’t waste your money on X-​rays unless you really need one. JUST GO and don’t look anywhere else.

I wish all medical was like this! Affordable and simple cost. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Dr. was awesome. Great adjustment and education on stretches to do. Still a little dumbfounded with how busy they were that they were still able to get me in and out so quickly.

This review is for Fabi (massage) — she is very gifted and really knows what she’s doing. She’s the only reason I let them adjust me. Don’t waste her time. Tip well. She’s worth it.

This is the first time I had used a chiropractor and Dr. Severson saved the day! I was skeptical at first however he made me feel comfortable and genuinely concerned about my issues. You don’t need insurance either. I love this office! I will be back for a massage then adjustment for sure! Office staff is fantastic. I have been using this office for the weight clinic for about 5 years. :)

I woke up this morning and could not get out of bed. Back was bad. I don’t need a chiropractor very often but when I do it’s pretty bad. I recently moved to the area and though I would Unilocal to find someone local. Unilocal led me to bear creek chiro. Absolutely a great experience. Clean, organized and they got me right in without an appointment. I could not ask for more. If you need a chiro, try them. You won’t be disappointed.

I called Monday morning ⁷⁄₂₇ and was able to get a walk in within 30 minutes of calling. I had a headache, my back and hips were hurting. My back was hurting so bad I preferred to stand while Dr. Severson evaluated me. He adjusted me so thoroughly and showed me some exercises to help prevent my hip from «going out» during runs. He took his time stretching and gently adjusting my neck. I popped all over the place. The techniques he used are better than my now former chiropractor. After he adjusted me I spent 10 minutes on the Hydro Massage Bed I am not sure what it is called but it was the best experience I’ve ever had a chiropractor/​massage place. It was like a water bed that uses water and pressure to relax muscles on the body. I thought he said «massage chair» so I was pleasantly surprised and very relaxed, I almost fell asleep.
Highly recommend this place!

I really hate to do this because I actually LOVE their office in San Diego off of black mountain road, at that office you could come in anytime with the hours they are open and get weighed in and get your meds but here YOU MUST MAKE AN appointment which doesn’t always work for me because I’m on call ²⁴⁄₇ and have three children! But unlike the black mountain location this location is also Chiropractic center as well but they should at least do something for just the weight loss area so we could get in and out right away.
I’ve have so mush success at the other office I lost a total of 40 pounds and now that I haven’t been back to the office in awhile I’ve gained 20 pounds of it back this really sucks. The workers at the San Diego office are amazing with their patients but here the front desk ladies seemed to be really rude! No smiles unless you’re a regular.
I was happy at one point to get a PA that did my weigh in, in San Diego, she was nice but once you get out the ladies at the front desk are rude.
I call to make an appointment and then a day later I called to reschedule and the lady said there was no appointment made for me… Could i I just walk in? I asked she said no you have to have an appointment… but I did have an appointment you guys lost it.
I might have to just call the San Diego office and have them transfer over my medical records so I can just drive all the way over there instead.

Great place for adjustments, that is all I go there for and all 3 of the doctors are great.

Dr. Hardeman and his staff exceed my expectation every time! I actually looked forward to me visits which were three (3) times a week due to an accident. They make you feel like your family and that is very rare. Dr. Hardeman is extremely knowledgeable as well as caring! Thank you for being so wonderful!

They have a great Thursday special $ 30 for a massage and adjustment. You can’t find anything better, anywhere. However, you get what you pay for in some cases.
I have experienced both good masseuses and bad ones at the same location for the same price. The best advice I could give is to find on you like and book as far out as you can with that person to ensure your needs are meet. You can always cancel appointments with no charge/​fee. Even with doing that, I can’t possibly find one masseuse that is strong enough to perform a deep tissue massage with as much pressure as I like.
I am a regular customer though because I require the treatments as a medical necessity but it’s not covered by insurance.
I’m personally not a fan of the adjustments I received there. I feel like they are, «cookie-​cutter,» in nature… doing the same procedure/​pops for every person who walks in the door.
I have nothing bad to say about any of the staff members. They are all kind and professional. I have never had a bad interaction with any of them.
I also have to be honest and admit that my personal needs in this review are NOT the norm and most likely bordering on unreasonable. #Honest

Came in with severe pain in my lower back, they got me to see the doctor within minutes, great guy. Definitely will be going back.

I’m definitely a fan! $ 20 walk-​in adjustments! You can’t beat that ANYWHERE! Plus they are familiar with Fibromyalgia patients, which I love!

My family and I have been coming here for years. We have been nothing but 100% happy with their friendly staff and service. We’ve recommended them to several of our friends/​family and they had nothing short of a positive experience.
I really like that they don’t hit you up for a «2 times a week for the next 6 weeks» treatment plan like a lot of chiros do. They ask if you’re coming in due to some pain or if you’re just looking for an oil change.
I’ve had issues with my lower back, but they keep me from walking like a gimp. They’ve given me exercises and stretches to perform daily and this has helped a lot.
I schedule monthly massages (legit, no happy endings) with Fabiola and usually get an adjustment after-​wards. Can’t beat their price of $ 50 for both!

Best place for massages and chiro in the area. Only $ 35 for a 1 hour massage! You don’t have to join any regular membership either, just call to make an appointment that day or 1 or 2 days in advance.

I have been attending for the past year due to the affordable cost and useful advice received. Initially, the male PA was supportive with health information and products. Over time this level of service goes away, and it became as if your appt is for purposes of collecting fee for visit only.
Then started to see a female PA who was very friendly however seemed to lack the sincerity in service. Forgot to mention tjat the Dr (aka– owner) NEVER introduced himself…
Recently stopped going because a New PA was sent in to tell me that I wasn’t losing enough weight to validate to insurance my continued participation of their services. The funny is that I have always been a cash patient. The actual reason would have been more efficient than lying… Whatever that may be.
My guess would be that since I didn’t reciprocate the «favors» that the Male PA was offering, my level of care immediately began to crumble.
Would I recommend??? Only if you are willing to participate in a quid pro quo environment that also charges you for the visit.

Goodbye schmucks! I mean pain! I walked in today with more pain than Thomas (history joke there, harr, harr!) and walked out floating on cloud nine. Although I was informed that I needed a cortisone shot for Tenosynovitis (thanks piano practice), I felt at ease. You see, they are not just a place to get your back cracked, or your muscles turned into Jell-​O, they are in fact a medical office. The lobby is quite cramped, but I think if you can get past that you’ll be fine. I didn’t have any issues with their customer service. They were pleasant and really cared about my well being. At 30 bucks for an adjustment, massage, and consultation, it can’t be beat! Thanks again Dr. Thompson and Dr. Hardeman!

On the upside;
–convenient location
–clean office
— Jane, the phone receptionist, is very friendly
— as a new patient, they don’t make you fill out too many forms
–Chyropractors know what they are doing and are quick and awesome at it!
–very affordable
On the downside;
–can get very crowded and then there’s no where to sit
— takes a while of a wait to get it
— you can hear people screaming from the waiting room
— not the most welcoming of places, don’t expect a ‘please’ or ‘thank you’ or ‘welcome’
The Chyropractors are great, but the staff could use some lessons on customer service… Overall do recommend if you can get past the downsides

Dr. Hardeman and his staff are excellent! I had a slipped disk and within 3 visits I was back to normal. Marcus, I call him the punisher (as a joke) he gets in there and adjusts your body… never knew that I was out of alignment until he adjusted me and I began to walk straight lol.
It’s quite affordable, everyone is friendly, and it was a very pleasant experience.
