Came here about 3 weeks ago Kim did my nails, first she wasn’t listening to what I wanted (French tip I even said white tip) she was busy talking to co workers and wasn’t paying attention. Then she put clear acrylics on and I didn’t say anything she was still distracted by everyone else and I figured she knew what she was doing. But I decided to make it easy and try the full gel color. After her making me feel like it’s my fault she misunderstood… My nails ended up uneven and like lumpy, worst experience getting acrylics EVER!

Yesterday was my first time going here, and Wow. as soon as I walked in it just had a super peaceful atmosphere! Also, I was very pleased and impressed because they were able to take me as soon as I walked in. Not sure yet about the other workers, but the one who did my acrylic manicure did it perfect! And the end results came out exactly as I wanted! I am very impressed with Nathan’s work I will definitely come here from now on and have him do it again!

Came here with my mom for a pedi a few months ago and I will be back. It was very clean and they took us right back upon our appointment.

Very nice place. It is clean and they are friendly. I have always left satisfied! I would recommend this place for sure!

I just had the worst experience today! I wanted a gel manicure and the manicurist did a terrible job! First she cut my cuticles so bad I started to bleed and the paint job is the worst! I wanted to leave halfway through but the darn lady made me stay and told me she could re do it. I told her I would pay for the manicure, I just didn’t want her working on my fingers because they were throbbing at this point. But she scolded me and I didn’t want to make a scene so I suffered through it, I didn’t think it could get worse but wow it sure did. These are the UGLIEST NAILS EVER!!! DONT GO HERE, theres a way better nail salon place by albertsons. I only went to this place because I was at the massage place next door. If you don’t believe me, look at the pictures. They still made me pay for this crap.

I have been going here forever! When I moved away I tried a bunch of local salons but nothing compared to their customer service or cleanliness. My nails always look great, my gel manicures last forever, and the prices are great!

I have been coming here for maybe over 2 years now and I can tell you it’s the best place I’ve ever been too. I don’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. Everyone here is super nice and I always have great service and nails. I definitely highly recommend coming here.

The ladies here are so professional and do a wonderful job of pampering you. We really highly recommend this salon.

Really disappointed in this salon. My two daughters and I had been going here at least twice a month for over a year. On July 5^th my daughters went without me. They made an appointment and showed up a few minutes early. After waiting for 40 minutes and other people being taken before them, they left.
I have a tough time giving a business my money when they have no respect! Don’t make appointments if you can’t keep them! Really is disappointing when they don’t treat adults well, but to not treat a 19 and 13 year old well is disgusting. Really wish I would have read the reviews before I went. I wouldn’t have wasted our time and money to not be appreciated.
Too bad there isn’t an option for NO STARS!!!

Had a great experience at this nail salon. I just moved to the area and was really worried about going to a new place. Almost drove all the way to Oceanside to get my nails done, glad I took a chance. My nails look great, no issues with being cut or anything. Everything is very sanitary, new tools with each client that have been taken out of a medically sealed package in front of me. Total bonus!!! My nail artist — Ben took his time but wasn’t slow. Chatted with me and made me feel really welcome. Even told me about places in the area to go and eat. Can’t wait to get a pedicure next time. This time was a gel manicure. Prices are great.

First time here. I had an appt. First I had to wait 20 minutes for them to begin the pedicure, the water had turned cold by then. The manicurist did not do a good job on my french tip gel manicure. It was bumpy on a couple fingers, there was a hair going through another, from the pillow they put on me. Then when I pointed out that polish was missing from part of my finger, she said it was my skin, and proceeded to file that piece off my nail. Wth? I asked her not to do that, just add polish, she got defensive and said it was my skin, not my nail. Seriously I remember anatomy from college, I know the difference lady. I then said I am not arguing or having this conversion with you, I am frustrated. Don’t touch me again. She left speaking Vietnamese and rolling her eyes. Not returning. Overpriced for the level of service they provide.

I walked in for a full set & was helped immediately. Everyone was so friendly & my nails are exactly how I wanted them! I think his name was Nathan & he really took his time with my set. I am beyond pleased & I will definitely be back! :)

Six months ago I would have rated this establishment as a Five Star business. My wife and I have been loyal customers here for more than four years.
Now, however, some significant changes have taken place.

Part of my party was passed-​over in line for a consistent good tipper who requires high-​maintenance. She had three attendants working on her at the same time. Such a practice is fundamentally unfair and altogether unjust. Neglecting someone (and causing a 30 minute delay for the remainder of their party) is rude and offensive.
In any SERVICE industry, EVERY customer has the right to expect the kindness of quality service without neglect or mistreatment.
There seems to have been a great turnover of staff recently. Perhaps a change in ownership? Many of our regular attendants have been replaced with employees that I recognize from the Salon beside the Credit Union on Murrieta Hot Springs Road.
I left that one because of poor service and I’m not very impressed by what I’ve seen here today!
