Even if I could ignore the fact that the food at this place turned my stomach inside out, there are several other problems. The sandwich didn’t taste bad, but cost almost $ 11 for a 12″ ham and cheese sub. That’s just the sandwich with no chips or drinks. I think their hot or specialty sandwiches are even more. For the $ 11 I got about 4 pieces of meat and 2 cheese. You couldn’t even see the meat when the sandwich is cut open. If your craving a sandwich, there are so many better options in the area. Avoid this place.

I am so grossed out that I will never be visiting this establishment again. I walked in and the girl was cleaning the floors(I can appreciate a clean place). She made me wait a couple minutes while she finished(rude) and then proceeded to start putting gloves on without washing her hands. I thought it was a little gross, but at least she put gloves on right?! She grabs my bacon out of the microwave and starts to clean again with a disgusting looking rag while I am once again waiting(rude) and then picks up my bacon and puts it on my sandwich without changing her gloves. I have never worked in fast food, but assume this type of stuff happens frequently. However, the fact that she did it in plain sight, while she is being watched, makes me think how dirty this place must be when no one is around. Save your money and go to subway!

Love Submarina! The food is fresh and the service is excellent! They have never ever let me down! To me, this place is much better/healthier than Subway. Go here if you love fresh subs!

I can’t go here ever again. This kid made my sandwich and it was so gross I asked for my money back. I have never done that before. It was terrible. Soggy… gosh I cannot say enough bad about that sandwich.

Food 5 stars… customer service 0 stars. I loved going to the Submarina near my house when I lived in Temecula. Fast, fresh food, and friendly service. When I moved to Wilfomar a few months ago, I was excited that there was a Submarina right near my new house. I have been there several times and have been waited on each time with very unfriendly teenagers/young adults who always make it seem like its a bother to have to make you a sandwich. They never smile, and almost always make the sandwich wrong. Looks like its time to find a new sandwich place. If I was the owner I would seriously take a look at how my staff represents my store. In this case… not very well.

One if the best sandwich shops you could ever hope for!(i have been to three different locations multiple times, and NOTONCE have been disappointed). Squaw Turkey club with bacon and avocado! OMG to die for! The meat is fresh cut, the bread is always soft and fresh! Cheese is aged with perfection, and topping are always in stock and fresh!

Meat are shaved fresh and piled high. The added avocado makes the sub even more tasty.

Submarina makes fantastic sandwiches with quality ingredients, friendly workers in a timely manner. The breads are always soft and fresh, and the cheeses and meats are sliced to order(or shortly in advance) and the soups I’ve tried(tomato basil) are wonderful. Unfortunately, they don’t have spinach and the prices are more than other sandwich places. My only word of advice is don’t let any sprouts anywhere near your sandwich. To hell with sprouts.
