Here’s a tip or two: 1. If you’re a 24 hour location you shouldn’t «forget» to take certain things out of the freezer. If you’re that retarded make a check list! You’re advertising a NEW sandwich yet the meat is frozen?!? Therefore, the sandwich I wanted was unavailable. Poor planning and stupidity. So thanks for that. That’s another thing? Frozen. It’s Subway. Your motto is «Eat fresh» … What a joke. You’re Subway you don’t do enough customer volume to have fresh products on hand? 2. Half of your«artists» are rude and can’t even make a decent sandwich. I mean how hard can it be? Also STOP crossing one sandwich over the other in your sad«attempt» to speed up service. You toasted a sandwich that I didn’t ask you to AND you were calling over me to my husband for what my son wanted and had another girl asking for the toppings on mine… It caused you not to hear me and mess shit up. Common sense girls! In addition Annabelle’s hat says«I care about you» or some stupid Subway slogan yet she is the rudest employee you have. She needs a major lesson in customer service because her attitude blows! If I choose to come back to this location I hope she’s not working when I come!

Honestly, I’ve never eaten at this Subway although I go here regularly. I stop in the AM to get iced tea. Frankly, Subway has the best iced tea and they have a bit of a selection, usually Unsweetened, Green with Honey, and Tea and Lemonade. They have large cups and this is a great place on my way to work to grab a drink since they are 24 hours. Service is fine, prices are Subway prices. Only complaint was I had hoped to pick up gift cards for co-workers before Christmas and they only had like eight gift cards.

I will never ever come to this subway again. I’me and my two boys 11 and 9 walked in to see one guy paying for his meal. My boys knew what they wanted and I had them pick out chips and grab a drink. 5 minutes pass since we walked in and the guy is still at the resister. I was annoyed but waited. 4 adults and 2 kids walk in and are standing BEHIND us. The girl at the register goes in the back to get the other worker. They both come out put on their gloves and asks the family behind me what they wanted. They started making their sandwiches as I stood stunned how 6 adults and 2 kids didn’t say I’m first in line. I was so pissed and just said«I guess I’m supposed to call in my order to get served»? I told them I will be filing a complaint. We left and I had one of my boys pinch me to make sure I still existed.

I used to order my sandwiches by phone on the way to work at least twice a week for about a month, until I started dealing with a girl named Michelle. She messed up every sandwich I ordered, could hardly understand English and was very rude. After talking to the manager this morning I was informed she was new from Mexico and is having a hard time, And that I should not order over the phone at 5 am but instead come watch her make my sandwiches to make sure she does them right. As if me, the customer, should be watching over the person who cannot do thier job. I will not be returning to that subway. And the language barrier is no one’s problem but the person that isn’t speaking english. This is America.

A total scam is being run here. First their sandwich«artists» have to be constantly corrected on how they construct a sandwich. Second the facility isn’t kept up and clean enough for a Food venue. Third THEYOVERCHARGEYOU!!! It has happen multiple times to us. CHECKYOURRECEIPTEVERYTIME! We will not be returning to this location, EVER.

«What else??» Its like they don’t have a better way of asking if you want anything else in your sandwich. As I walked I’m I noticed spill on the floor I informed an employee and she rolls her eye and says«I’ll do I t right now». Are you not happy with you’re job?! The sandwiches weren’t skimpy that’s why I gave 3 stars. Other than that work on people skills

Nellie was super friendly, greeted everyone who walked in. She made her sandwiches perfectly with everything you asked for and even gave us extras when asked. She was courteous and respectful. The food was as always just fine because you can’t expect much from a subway but the customer service from Nellie made this a Unilocal worthy trip.
