McDonalds experience was better than many others I have dined at. You would fair better to place your order with Bethany. She«remembers». Bethany is great with customer interaction and she does so with a smile. If it wasn’t because I live in B. Pk., I would come to this McDonalds only. The management can give the mens bathroom a little more attention, not Bethany’s fault of course.

This McDonald’s need some serious work… I was an employee here years ago as a teen job and have actually never eaten nor returned to this McDonald’s since my departure. The top notch boss was Johanna. She was the rudest, most disrespectful, most cold hearted woman I have ever met in my entire life. If she were to ever treat me the way she did outside of work there would have probably been a fight. I would not recommend ANY customers going here due to the treatment of employees… And the owner stops by too every now and then… And she doesn’t care how employees are treated!!! As long as she makes her status quo each month. People quit every few weeks, they can never keep anyone… And yes people, they are stingy with their food, including sauces. If they give you a wrong order, they would rather trash it than let you keep it I decided to write this review years later because since this job, i have been emotionally scarred. I can’t believe I ever worked for such low down people before, but I was a teen… Please just drive by!!!

Okay, so I still frequent this location on occasion. They have now implemented telling me the sauce is in the bag! I see they do it with every customer. Glad to see they are learning. However, I went and ordered a mc chicken with extra mayo and I was given the sandwich with a plastic cup with mayonnaise on the side. What does that tell me, you forgot to add the may and had to scramble with not remaking a sandwich.

I like McDonald’s breakfast(McGriddle) with bacon. However this morning I ordered some sausage burritos for my daughter, and specifically requested extra salsa packets. Not only did we not get the extra salsa packets, we got none. This is not the first time this McDonald’s has messed up our orders. The only reason we return to this McDonald’s is because it’s the only one nearby. They are horrible at getting the orders correct. Over the years they just keep messing up them orders. That’s my reason for the one star.

I would not normally like McDonald’s this much, but they are fast with my cheap coffee in the a.m. and they don’t make mistakes with it, so therefore, I AM a fan.

This has to be hands down the nastiest McDonald’s I have been to! Do yourself a favor and just drive right by it, don’t even glance,.It was gross. We threw away majority of the food… Stay away…

Visited this location on 9÷27÷15 and ordered the Chicken McNuggets Meal, well the food seemed like it was just made because when I was handed the bag it was hot, so I get home and eat the food looked good, it was late so I ate, A couple of hours after I ate, I got really sick from the Chicken McNuggets, I got food poisoning, I contacted McDonalds Corporate but they seem not to care

Strange thing happened to me at this place. I ordered a Big Mac meal in the drive through. When I pulled up to pay with my debit card, I was asked for my Identification Card. The strange part of this is that the debit card I used has my picture on it. Just to be a little burdensome, I made sure my finger was covering most of my name on the ID card. The cashier accepted it, thus proving she didn’t need to see it anyway. I wonder if this place asks for ID from all of their customers or am I just special?

Stopped here for breakfast on the way heading north. The menu was a bit confusing because they had their non-breakfast menu up when I pulled through the drive thru. I ordered a sausage mc muffin meal. The sandwich was delicious, but when I ate the hash brown it wasn’t very crisp and to my horror there was a piece of chicken or some other meat in it. I can see why this location is getting such mediocre reviews.

Clean restaurant. Didn’t have a problem ordering… Although my food didn’t taste as appetizing as I expected it to be, I don’t know maybe it’s just me. Also they charge $ 1.59 for their large soft drinks, rather then just $ 1 like other McDonald restaurants. And their parfaits are really small.

Judging this McDonalds against other southern ca locations, I’m a fan of this one. They get my order right every time. They actually take the time to make sure the food is hot when they give it to you. I’ve been to many McDonalds and the food was cold before I even left the drive thru. Because they take the time to make sure every thing is hot/correct, you could end up waiting a little longer than your used to if they are busy. Still never waited more than 10 min. I have never been inside the restaurant, but the drive through staff is always friendly. They happily answer questions about why certain items are off the menu and if they’ll be back. Don’t expect anything special, but if you want a big mac or egg mcmuffin, this is a great place to stop.

We live in the area and have eaten here many times… tonight I’m scratching my head wondering why. I would say that a delicious order of French fries is rare from this McDonalds. So really, what’s the point? Life is WAY too short to waste on cold, hard fries.

My hat is off to whoever does the hiring at this location. You have the best people anywhere so friendly and helpful. I go there every morning for the coffee which I love and some days I get the breakfast as well. But most of all I enjoy the drive through staff who are so friendly and fun and ALWAYS recognize me and have time to say hello. It is always a great start to my day! Keep up the great work!

Ehhh… not impressed! It was cool to see a two-lane drive thru but what’s the point? They can take orders faster but the wait time is still the same since cars still have to funnel through the same lane to pay and get their food. It wasn’t too busy when we went. About 3 – 4 cars. It wasn’t bad, but we were the only people that had to wait in the yellow area for our food! We only ordered two meals! Not only did we wait but our order was half wrong and no sauce. I mean, the girl only repeated our order twice and asked what condiments we wanted… Overall, not impressed!

I just moved from Irvine to Wildomar. I am up early and would like to have a Sausage McMuffiin for breakfast if you are going to have a sign out side that tells the public that you are open 24 hours. I expect to the place to be open. I have only seen this place open twice in the 2 months that i have traveled pass this McDonald what is the problem?

First off let me say that I have been a McDonalds customer for years. I have seen the good and the bad changes throughout the years. I have tried to remain loyal however this particular store is really testing my patients. Every so often we hit the drive through with the kids when we are trying to quickly get on the road. This store is right down the street and next to the freeway which makes it convenient. We have a little one that has a dairy allergy so we have to always get him a hamburger… obviously without cheese. I would say that they are at about 75% at putting cheese on the burger. The receipt says hamburger… I don’t understand what the issue is. So of course now I have to park, go in, and get a correctly made burger. Someone else mentioned charging for the condiments. I agree that this store is horrible. I call BS on the«it’s the corporation» that makes us do it. The Temecula store has NEVER charged me for any condiment I have asked for. Plus when you ask they make you feel horrible for asking… they just glare at you and toss it in the bag. Today was the final straw. I ordered a quarter pounder meal with extra pickles and onions. I was shocked when the drive through person confirmed that I was okay with paying .25 cents extra for extra onion slivers… are you friggin kidding me?!? For extra onion slivers? I said no way. They did however give me a sweet and sour sauce at no charge… I just don’t understand this place.

This review is for 03/09/2012. How dare I write about a place that the world doesn’t require or need to write about. The Golden Arches is known throughout the world with TRILLIONS served. Well, I was bound to break one day and McDonald’s you were just waiting the time game with me. This McDonald’s is located on the southeast side of Clinton Keith Road near the Albertson’s Shopping Center. I was about to head home from Inland Valley Medical Center at 8:20pm. While I was at the hospital, I heard something about the McD Shamrock Shake. To be honest, I have never tried it and it would be a long drive home. This place is a haven for the kids since there is not much to do. I walked in and there was a bunch of teens ordering food item by item instead of value menu. The wait was about 2 – 3 minutes since they were thinking while ordering. They should’ve thought about it before ordering. When it was my turn, I ordered a Small Shamrock Shake($ 1.89) and then my stomach growled at me. I saw a special for Filet-O-Fish for $ 1.49. So, I just ordered one. My total was $ 3.64. I believe McDonald’s uses the same machine as the McFlurry and I already loved seeing the green mixture with whip cream and a cherry on top. That Shamrock Shake was delicious. The Filet-o-Fish was pretty good as well despite me not having it many years. Overall, it was OK, but not great to visit McDonald’s. Unfortunately, I wish I could a three-star rating, but the server forgot to put my drink in a bag and give me a straw for my shake. I had to grab my own. Shame… Employees should go an extra mile even if the job stinks. They got a job versus the 20 million+ who don’t. Unilocal is My Review, My Story, and My Life. Its time to share it.
