They are a –5 rating! Bad Service and Rude people! The «Drive Thru Club» is a JOKE! $ 2 sausage egg mc muffin. But what they don’t tell you is the stupid, ridiculous, no sense, idiotic restrictions! They only sell you by the amount of people in the vehicle, so if you are the only one in your vehicle and want 2 SEMCM forget it! You can only get 1 for that price!!! Plus, it’s only MONDAY THRU FRIDAY weekends excluded, How stupid is that? I’m never going back to this place and never buy food at any other of their stores ever again!

This is everything that you expect a McDonald’s to be, and a little more. It is very clean and very well decorated. The service is great and the food is always up to McDonald’s standards.

I never give bad reviews but today McDonald’s on los alamos deserves one. Tried the new steakhouse ¹⁄₃ pound burger only to recieve it cold and with barely any toppings. When told about it they just said they were busy. All kids working and we were told there was no manager on duty. We watched the male and female cooks just joking and playing around in the back. The drive thru girl had to tell them to hurry up. When i called i got an answering machine. Never again will we go back.

Despite complaining three times over the past few years, this store continues to spew volume out of their two big screen TV’s. Try to eat in peace with this in the background. And what is being advertised? Why McDonalds, of course. Gee, let’s see. You are sitting in a McDonald’s eating one of their over burnt, cardboard burgers… so they are forcing you to listen to their own ad. Talk about silly.
What gets my gall is that there are sub-​titles displayed on both TV’s. So why is the sound on? It is annoying and distracting. At 6:30 am I am trying to read my newspaper with as few distractions as possible.
What makes it even more inane? Why the manager claims (I suspect she is telling me a whopper) that she cannot control the volume. Huh? Does that make any sense at all?

Nope not cause it was dirty or bad food but the service was very rude. Tried to give this spot a few chances because it’s close by and open late but I’d rather avoid it all together now.

They don’t have $ 1 large drinks anymore. They always stop their promotional food before everyone else.

Fast, efficient and friendly service. No sooner I ordered, the food was already ready for me to pick up. Very friendly and clean environment.

the workers do mess up my order here and there. but its just a micky ds so i dont really make a fuss about it .they got some bomb ass food tho for cheap

The people were great, but I only gave 4 stars because it is just a McDonald’s. So if you do want McDonald’s I would recommend this one in Murrieta

I like this McDonald’s the best they always get my order right and the food is consistent

For the last three trips to this place, the workers have messed up my order. Their new workers suck. And the night manager is a condescending bitch to the customers.

This place sucks, nothing like it use to be. So stingy with ketchup packets. If I order to large meals and ask for a really good handful of ketchup that doesn’t mean five of them! This is why I never go there any more and in n out is much better!!!

They’re not really open till 11pm. really rude. There seems to be no place open around here past 10.
I went there and the door was locked even though the time said open till 11. The lady just glared at me and shook her head.
Also their breakfast is gross. At least the dollar menu ones are. Especially the sausage burrito. Also, it’s about the size and shape of a fruit roll up.
There’s a few redeeming qualities.
The mcdouble with big mac sauce is good. They’re also pretty fast.

Hallelujah! Finally a McDonalds that puts out good food. I think it is the best McD’s I’ve been to in a long time! I only wish I lived near it. I went there for breakfast and must say it was a great experience. My breakfast and partners breakfast were both perfect. Perfect Sausage McMuffin with egg, perfect Hash Brown, and even a perfect Diet Coke. Sometimes they taste flat or too syrupy… this was spot on. So many of the places near me in San Diego are disgustingly dirty and the food sucks. So much so I’ve complained to corporate with little response. Keep it up guys!!!

Not a restaurant shouldn’t be on Unilocal plus McDonald’s garbage

This has to be the BEST McDonald’s ever. Simply incredible service. I can not believe that some people here got bad service. This is what the standard for this corporation should be. The service is always fast and you always get the order AND the things that should go with it. Seriously well done by the management team and the associates there. Funny thing is, the entire community raves about this place and I was shocked by the few that posted bad reviews here. Keep up the good work.

I think most oldschool locals are fond of this location. I have been eating at this McDonald’s since 1992 and have many great memories, and honestly I can’t think of a single occasion where there was a problem. Sure you can read some of the other reviews of some new idiot local living in Murrieta for about 2 minutes, but I have 2 decades worth of experience with this location and it’s top notch for a McDonalds.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. For the past 10 years, anytime I go there I get my order messed up, or one time I’ve even had the manager give me an attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this one to anybody.

Fastest drive thru I have been thru. Thorough and well staffed.

Since I reviewed Taco Bell for their recent heresy, I might as well review McDonald’s for their attention to detail.
I have to admit, as much as I’d rather not, that this place is ran efficiently. Their drive-​thru is fast. Their counter-​service is fast; I’ve never had to wait more than 2 minutes for my order.
I only eat here for breakfast, but on the rarest of occasions. And each time I leave impressed. The dining area is always spotless and the soda fountain is constantly being wiped down. And the restroom doesn’t smell incredibly wrong. It’s almost as if they’ve adopted the Inn-​N-​Out philosophy of cleanliness.
I had to write this review. The owner and the employees here deserve some serious props. I’m surprised that no one has reviewed this place before. They seriously are run much differently than any other McDonald’s I have ever been to.
This is so weird…
