In-N-Out Burger

Bathrooms are dirty, have no toilet liners & multiple dirty tables that are left unattended in the dining room area. Had to wipe my own table. What gives in and out?

The hamburgers and fries are the best in Southern California. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are really friendly and fast. I love taking my Family here from time to time.

I honestly love their burgers and fries here. The workers are friendly and they always have this smile on their face. I’ve worked in the food service before, and I know how tough the jobs are. I gotta admit, this people are hardworkers and I really appreciate them still wearing their smiles in front of the customers. Sometimes around peak hours, there is a long line, but it seems to die to down real fast. These workers really can get the orders in fast! I don’t remember them messing up any of my orders… and even if they did, you could always ask them to fix it. The waiting time for the food order isn’t very long honestly. In terms of the environment, it’s pretty clean. Sure, some crumbs here and there on tables, but no big deal to me honestly. The bathrooms are decent enough for people to use them. Nothing very disgusting in this place.

By far worst experience at in n out. Got in line at 10:02 and have moved 4 cars. It’s almost been 30 minutes. So bummed cause now I’m stuck in the line and can’t get out. About 6 cars in front of me. Gonna be here for another hour. Not coming back to this one.

So I was notified by someone smart that the Road kill fries were an urban legend. Makes me more angry that the girl didn’t suggest purchasing both and they would put it together for me. Lost out on 2 extra sales and a returning customer. Still haven’t had contact from the Manager to explain. Thank smart friends!

What can one say about in-​n-​out? There is no comparison to such greatness.

I’m quite bummed out. My favorite thing about In N Out was that they had chili peppers that you could get yourself. They took that away and niw you have to ask them for some. I eat lots of peppers with my food and I like to pick them out myself. I may have to stop coming here now because of that. Please bring back out the chili peppers.

Just got home with our order and DISGUSTING!!! There was MOLD on my bun. And on the part showing, outside of the wrapper! My husband found a long blonde hair in his burger. Truly disgusting! This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues. A month ago, my double double was RAW!!!

Almost feel bad writing a negative review being that I love in n out and go to this location fairly often. Went here recently on a Wednesday evening and saw that the drive thru was long so went inside to beat the wait. After placing my order I waited approximately 15 min and noticed that my order was skipped and 5 orders over my order I asked the status of my order. The first employee kind of brushed me off and said its coming up, just waiting on your fries. This employee moved onto salting fries. A couple orders later another employee noticed me waiting and asked if I’d been help. I gave him my ticket number and he asked the line staff on the grill, the status of my order, I see the employee say, it went out 10 min ago. The employee then goes to the bags by the drive thru and sees my order, and tells me, it’ll be right up. He proceeds to cut fries. 5 min later I see a totally different employee get the same bag the previous employee noted and hand it to me.
It was extremely disappointing because there were no apologies, numerous employees noticed me waiting long and only two asked if I needed help. The two employees that asked though, didn’t fix the situation although they asked, but didn’t proceed to remedy the situation. The shift leader of that shift also noted me waiting long, but did nothing. I honestly felt like they were discriminating against me based on my image. 25 min for three burgers and two fries is just unacceptable. Little did they know I had my family waiting in the car and the two little ones were starving. As I said I’m very loyal to in n out, but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. To top it off, one of the burgers was wrong. Smh

This place is amazing. It’s part of my motivation to get wealthy enough to own a franchise of my own one day. The staff is friendly and they absolutely go above and beyond. If you encounter encounter a problem, they don’t hesitate to fix it. They have the system down right. I would love to work here. Wish I could give more stars.

Located just off the ¹⁵⁄₂₁₅ Los Alamos exit we ate here a few times back in the days when we lived here… now, I just use it as a potty stop when we’re passing thru town.
This makes it in my #TinyBladderList cuz it’s conveniently off the freeway, you don’t need a key, it’s right when you walk in, and their bathrooms are fairly clean with paper towels and auto faucets.
Foodwise, way back when I used to really like their food, but now, not the burgers. Fries are still yummy though.
On the occasions when hubby & I eat burgers, we prefer The Habit or Red Robin. But we are mostly vegan/​vegetarian, so even that is super rare.
I love how they have scripture on their cups.
Service/​workers are always friendly.

When driving through an area with not the greatest dining options and being in a rush to get home, In N Out is a perfect stop!
Service here was on point, it was pretty busy, but they got through the line quickly and our order was perfect.
Animal style burgers good as ever, well done fries tasty, and my son loved his milkshake as well.
Clean space with plenty of seating as well as a drive thru, going inside is usually much faster.
Great stop in the area, In N Out is always a winner!

When did In N Out make their burgers with white onions?
Fries were greasy. Burger with White or yellow onions was horrible. No taste whatsoever in tonight’s meal. The onions were so strong it’s all I tasted … They were about an inch thick.

Grew up on this stuff! I only wish the patties were thicker… if it’s your first time you’ll love it no matter what you get. They also have a secret menu online that you should definitely check out!

Anyone growing up in Southern California already knows this but these guys are the standard against which all other fast food hamburgers and cheese burgers are measured. Period, end of discussion, the end! In-​and-​Out checks all the boxes as to what a drive through burger joint needs to be.
Inexpensive: Check! They’re not dollar menu inexpensive but you get what you pay for in spades.
Fast: Check! In-​and-​Out is California’s original drive through burger joint, they’ve had years to hone this process while maintaining cooked to order and quality freshness standards above the industry standard.
Quality: Check! McDonald’s, Jack in the Box, Wendy’s, Carl’s Jr, and Burger King just can’t touch them. In-​and-​Out doesn’t understand the concept of cutting corners.
Customer Service: Check! Never had a problem with them EVER, they know the value of having happy customers and it shows, all their customers are happy.
Yummy: CHECK! It’s amazing how something so simple tastes so good!
No gimmicky burger of the month, no special secret new bun, no extra pulled pork or hot dog on top of a patty crap. In-​and-​Out doesn’t need any of this stuff. They’ve stuck to the Keep It Simple recipe and it works. Don’t let this fool you their deceptively simple menu is a rouse, they have a «secret» menu that expands upon all their goodness exponentially. Almost everyone knows what «Animal Style» is but it goes on from there. Go use your google machine to learn more about it because I’m not going into it.
Oh one last thing what goes for their burgers being the standard for which all others are judged goes double for their shakes.

Growing up in California and now not currently living in California, I have so much more of an appreciation for In-​n-​out. Most people that haven’t been to California have never even heard of this place, and once you have it, you will see what all the hype is about.
If you are gluten free, and a vegetarian, like I am, you can still find something here. You may get some people that don’t understand how you could still like something from here without the meat or the bun, but you can customize your order however you want, and everything is made to order.
If you are gluten free, I’m hoping they come up with a gluten free bun option soon since it is such a commen allergy, but you can just order it «protein style» or in a lettuce wrap. So before I was gluten free I was still vegetarian and some of my life vegan [which, veganism made it a lot harder but not impossible]. If you aren’t gluten free but are vegetarian or like to pass on meat from time to time, get a grilled cheese. The sauce and vegetables is honestly what makes this place the best.
When I was vegan I would get a lettuce wrap with no meat or cheese, so literally just vegetables, and I couldn’t get the sauce, so that was the biggest bummer of all, but when I have passed on the cheese and had it with sauce it isn’t that bad. The nice thing is the customization aspect, you can make and order whatever you want. The shakes are great as well as the fries. You can look the secret menu up online if you just google it you can get tips on the best items, unless you know a loca that knows, than just ask them. ENJOY!

This in n out can sometimes have a line all the way to the Miguel Jrs parking lot but they are fast. 9 times out of 10 they will have someone in the parking lot taking your order which speeds the whole thing up quite a bit.
Our order can be pretty tricky and they always do a great job. In n out is really the only fast food my family knows so we sometimes are at this in n out twice a month. We order veggie burgers but they’re all a little different. The employees here never bat an eye.

Back to four stars. The last experience wasn’t great, but on my most recent visit the service was as it typically is and should be across all In-​N-​Out locations. The quality of the product returned as well.
Cheeseburger with grilled onions, check. Fries and spread, check. Pink lemonade, check. And maybe a good ol’ Neopolitan milkshake will do next time around.
This is also always a top option for late night eats. The drive thru is always packed, but they usually work through the lines efficiently. Sidenote tip: avoid the dining room on rainy days or super busy weekend hours.

There is nothing better than In-N-Out…Animal Style Fries and Neopolitan Shake are the way to go!

Kaum zu glauben, aber wahr: bis zu meinem Trip nach Vegas war ich noch eine In-​N-​Out-​Jungfrau. Schande über mein Haupt! Gut, dass sich das geändert hat. Oder auch schlecht, wie man´s nimmt, denn jetzt will ich nicht mehr ohne diese Burger leben. Das perfekte Brötchen aus weichem Teig, die frisch gebratenen Patties, die genau richtige Menge an Salat und dann noch die Sauce dazu… Oh Gott. Ich will einen In-​N-​Out Burger. Sofort!
Wem das noch nicht reicht, der bestellt Fries «Animal Style» (mit viiiel Sauce) dazu und spült das Ganze mit einem der free-​refill Getränke runter. Hier gibt es neben den typischen Limonaden auch natürlichen Eistee, so ganz ohne Zucker und Kalorien. Das Menü geniesst man dann am besten draussen im Sonnenschein. Hier schauen die Mitarbeiter sogar regelmässig vorbei um abzuräumen oder einem das Getränk aufzufüllen.
Fazit: Super Burger, super Location, supergeil!
