Taco Bell

This location probably has to be the worst food and worst service! Yesterday I went through the drive thru, before you went to the drive thru wrote on a note said «cash only, credit/​debit inside» same note was posted next to the screen where you ordered food.
So as I was paying with CASH, I proceeded to go through the drive thru. I got up to start my order the girl asked if I was paying with cash I said yes, she then asked me to order when ready, I started to order she then cut me off while in the middle of my order to ask again if I was paying with cash I said yes again, looked at the screen at my order she had 3 nacho something and I ordered 2 LOADED POTATO GRILLERS && a CHEESE QUESADILLA. When I told her the screen was wrong she got snotty with me and asked me 3 times more if I was paying with cash! When I tried to order again she kept cutting me off. So I just drove through the drive thru and left. I called the manager like 10 minutes later, got an attitude from her a basically that her employee did nothing wrong and she hung up on me. So I called back to get owner/​corporates and she proceeded to tell me she wasn’t going to give it to me and that her employer did nothing wrong. Never again will I go back here. Rude employees and horrible tasting food.

Really like this location. The people are very friendly and food is always right one. Being a vegetarian a lot of fast food places mess up the order when I ask for beens instead of beef on something. This place has never made that mistake. I have been both inside and at the drive thru many times and they have always been quick to get me my food. Thanks

Came inside and simlar to other reviews, it took a while for someone to show up at the front register even when I was the only one there. The workers (couple of young, drugged up looking broads) in the kitchen were just peeking there heads out before I finally had my order taken. It was taken exactly at 8:50pm in a polite manner and I even said keep the change lol. Fast forward 20 minutes, they’re now serving about 6 cars going through the drive-​thru, nobody has even set foot in the door yet and I’m still waiting. That’s when I stood up from the booth I was waiting in with a face that read «where the fuck is my food…» They saw I was livid and had the nerve to ask me something along the lines of «you’re the guy that ordered said food, right?» and that’s when they finally started making it. Waited 30min for a small order. They obviously mistook my kindness for weakness when I let them keep the change. There’s no excuse for that kind of shitty service. Throats feeling funny and I think I caught something from these twacked out looking chicks that handeld my food. Had a great experience with a polite woman in the AM as well as the drive-​thru with different workers, but after this, I’m never coming back here. Place has recent and bad reviews for a reason.

This is a review of the drive thru only. The service was quick, efficient and they got my order 100% correct-​something that is about 75% for my trips to Taco Bells, because I always ask for no cheese and lots of stores just don’t understand that simple request. The employees were polite and you could understand them well on the intercom. The food tasted fresh. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was simply that the parking lot was small and a little complicated to drive around. We almost missed the entrance to the drive thru because of the way it is situated. Wouldn’t be too big of a deal, but the area was kind of busy at the lunch time hour and this made the navigation even more complicated. I’d go back if I lived in the area though. Everything else was great for fast food, cheap.

I ordered my son 3 tacos just meat and cheese only this is what I got for $ 5 posting pic. very thin meat on bottom then cheese

The quesalupa was not nearly what they made it out to be. It truely was a lie. On the bright side the customer service is good and it’s across the parking lot from my job.

You guys gave me the wrong order I ask for a number 7 you gave me a taco a burrito and those frickin cinnamon churro things

I came in at 8:50, the place was completely empty and two cars in the drive thru, I stood in line for 5 mins waiting for someone to take my order and the workers were just in the back on their phones laughing, finally after almost leaving due to no service for 5 mins Someone finally noticed me, then my food was just thrown on the counter with no one there. Never expected this much rudeness from here. I always find myself eating here but this really pissed me off and I’m not sure if it will continue.

This place has declined a lot. The service is still good however the lobby with filthy the bathroom as well was dirty.

Your average Taco Bell. Sometimes you just got to have it. Reminds me of high school or elementary school. We used to go to TB a lot back then.

Out of all the taco bells, this place ALWAYS messes my order up :(I’ve had to get refunded more than twice & I’m not one to go back for a refund. The staff gets stressed easy and let’s it be written all over their face & it’s also obvious in their tone when you have to ask for napkins or something else that prevents you from leaving or driving away. Always rushing way too fast. If they just slowed down a tiny bit they wouldn’t make so many mistakes. I know people don’t like waiting but an extra 60 secs would be worth waiting if your gonna give the costumers what they ordered & paid for. If you want extra anything, make sure they actually put it in there before driving away. That’s one thing they do everytime I ask for additional add ons, my orders arnt that difficult. :/

This is a very hip and swanky Taco Bell! It’s clean, has lounge chairs and a fast drive thru.
The service was great and all the dining tables were clean. The restroom was clean and I came in hungry, left full.
I’d be back again if hungry and in the area.
It’s easy to get in and out of as it is literally right off the freeway exit.

I had Diana and she is so nice. She was so friendly, and she got my complicated order right. I love this Taco Bell. It’s so clean too!

Yes I know it’s Taco Bell but as far as Taco Bell standards go this one is the best there is. Nicely updated building, good food quality and consistently friendly service.

It was just an eat out kinda weekend, with the grandsons. This was their choice for lunch. Gotta have Mexican Pizza, they said.
I ran across town in my Husband’s new Toyota Tundra. The driveway is one of the most intimidating for me. I wish it weren’t so tight.
The food was to be driven home so considering it took me about 12 minutes to get home, I was surprised that it traveled that well.
Overall experience in the drive through is 5star.
It’s Taco Bell but we frequent it enough to write up a review. They get my approval and 5 stars, total.

I got scolded when I asked for a cup of water with my meal. Totally made me feel like an idiot.

I like taco bell. They have lots to choose from and tastes great. I got the. I think they were called loaded fries. They have nacho cheese, sour cream, chopped tomatoes and steak on them. Really good.
I didn’t even know taco bell had fries but apparently they do. They actually taste really good too lol. Taste like curly fries.
Whenever I go to this one they always have the food out really quick. I think they redid the dining area, it looks nice.

This was the closest TBzzy to my last place. Very FAST and accurate. Only messed up once in a blue moon (once a year).
They let you add nacho cheez to anything for 50 cents. Try it.
