IHOP

Worst service ever. Waitress brung my food out with a bug on it. Called the manager and she acted as if it was Okay. Will never stop here again. So surprised at how the manager didn’t care at all. This place needs to be closed down immediately.

I want to start by saying I have worked in the industry for well over six years and am very lenient on restaurants. I did also almost do this to myself for ordering a steak at IHOP but it seemed better than fast food /​Waffle House and the only option left for food at these hours.
Only come here if you’re okay with being disappointed. Order something impossible to mess up.
My mother, father and I asked for Bleu Cheese Sirloins and the waitress brought Stake Tips. The waitress seemed flustered upon bringing this to her attention so dad ate his anyway because he was hungry.
My mother’s salad didn’t come out due to a misunderstanding of «no dressing» being confused as «no salad» but this was fixed when we brought it up. Some time later our «correct» stakes came out but the waitress forgot my side of avocado and my Medium Rare was brought out WELL– not medium well or even the slight less hint of pink, just grey lifeless steak. Ruined. It was supposed to come out with a side of broccoli as listed on the menu and there was corn on the plate which I’m not a fan of. I brought this up to the waitress attention and she didn’t know what to do. I asked that she at least take it back to the kitchen to bring it to their attention. By now my appetite was gone but I knew my options weren’t gonna get better so I ate what I could.
I had to ask the waitress to refill my water for the first time after sitting with an empty glass for at least 15 minutes.
The waitress meant well but she had not been properly trained. As for the kitchen, I blame them for most of my complaints for the night. Learn the menu and serve what is rang up.

Kind of in need of a bit of cleaning in the dining area. Everything came out alright and food was average. Felt dirty after we left. Good if your hungry and want coffee and pancakes.

Two thumbs down! Don’t bother with this place. …$ 4.78 for 2 cups of coffee… Light, fluffy pancakes… not here!, more like thin and chewy. The scrambled eggs looked and tasted like the kind you pour out of a carton. You will be better off going to the Waffle House. At least you can see them cook your food there.

Small but clean. Not the greatest food, but for a quick stop on a road trip it did the job.

Absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms were foul. Urine all over the place. Sink so filthy it looks as though it has not been cleaned in at least a week. Smelled like a port a pot on that side of the restaurant. Dirt and dust hanging from the discolored ceiling tiles. The staff was rude. Floors filthy with food and trash everywhere. I want to vomit thinking about the cleanliness of the kitchen and staff. Couldn’t even finish my meal due to how nauseous the surroundings made me.

Nothing to brag about. Older facility that needs updating. Food average. Service was good. NO WI-​FI told over the phone they did… main reason for stopping. Would not make a special trip to return.

Food and service is always good. However, the do need to reno the exterior and keep up with the bathrooms more often. We always ask for Daphne or Tony because their personality is upbeat.

Jelly donut pancakes yummm! The disgusting restroom without hand soap prevented this location from being 5 stars. Service was very good. Our table was a party of 6 and everyone’s food was wonderful.

Food and service was good. Place need to be worked on. FINISH the painting!!!

Top notch friendly service, very clean, pleasant surroundings. The waitress was excellent!
