MAMMAMIA this place gives good slice. Hard to decide which pizza joint to hit when you’re on the boardwalk but after reading the reviews we knew Macks was the place for us. And two words I have never heard before but will dream about forever: bonus slice!

Hands down, the best pizza on the boardwalk. Come hungry, and bring cash(only). The white pizza is out of this world. It’s near the Monster truck arena. You won’t regret your decision.

Best boardwalk pizza I have ever tried.(they have two locations on the boardwalk.) This will be my go to pizza spot when I return.

I have tried a lot of pizza out and I still have never found a slice as good as Mack’s well besides Mac and Manco’s(Manco & Manco) which is essentially the same pizza. I even tried out Franconi’s last week and they do make a great slice but I still prefer Mack’s. I still have yet to try Sam’s out. Only downside of Macks is when it’s busy at the shore delivery takes a long time but it’s still worth it.

Pizza is to greasy! Your better off going to Sam’s Pizza or most of the other pizza spots on the boardwalk.

Delicious pizza. Fast friendly delivery. Ordered a large plain pie. More than enough for two people. Came to $ 16 and was delivered within 20 minutes. Will be ordering again.

Not a big fan of Mack’s, prefer Sam’s for the pizza!

The best pizza I’ve ever had. Hands down. I’ll be honest, when I was younger, this wasn’t my favorite. But then I remind myself that I was young and dumb and my taste buds must not have developed properly. Saw a Facebook post that they were open and actually planned a weekend trip up to my hometown of Wildwood just to get a pie. And that pie did not disappoint. Super greasy, cheesy and gone way too quickly. Only regret was that I didn’t get a second to take home with me. If you are walking the boardwalk and are looking for a good slice, stop here. There is no competition.

Macks Pizza is good stuff, and by far the best Pizza on the Wildwood boardwalk. Full of flavor, thin crust that’s always cooked just right. They far surpass any other Pizza in Wildwood as the best. I would however choose a Manco and Manco in Ocean City over them by just a tad. But overall an amazing Pizza while in Wildwood!

Another staple of the wildwood board walk. By far my favorite pizza. I love their white pizza, just the right combination of basil, garlic, and cheese. I look forward to my slice every time I come down. I haven’t tried the other slices but my husband has and no complaints there! Be sure to try it out! One of them delivers too in case you want to stay in for the night! ;)

I’ve had my share of pizza and although the pizza is good, the slices are kind of small and pricey. I get it, it’s the boardwalk and I expect to pay boardwalk prices but maybe make the slices a little bigger? Maybe I’m just too used to NY pizza? Regardless, the waitress was super nice and overall pizza was very tasty. The BBQ chicken and buffalo chicken pizza was very good. The crust is a little different than what I’m used to, thin and crunchy, but still pretty good.

Just wasted 20 dollars on this pizza, I have never had a bad delivery experience in all my years ordering. This has to be a joke. Undercooked and thrown together. Spoke to the woman on the phone from Macks, very nice and understood my dissatisfaction. There pizza is great just possibly not for delivery anymore.

Really good pizza and a very quick staff. The woman behind the counter was doing the work of three people and never missing a beat. You had your order taken and a handled in less time then«Fast Food» restaurants. She honestly deserved every dime of the large tip I gave her and she deserves everyone that. The pizza itself was really good it was fresh and cheesy and with the perfect amount of grease. I only had two slices but I wish I was hungry enough to eat an entire pie because it was that good. If you are unsure just look in the dining room as to how packed it is and the line that is outside. You wont find a line like that anywhere else on the boardwalk because I am telling you it is that good.

Mack’s Pizza is an old-style jersey shore pizza restaurant that keeps things very simple. You can only order pizza — by the slice or by the pie — and one(small) size of soda. But the pizza is excellent. They use a unique sauce recipe and a unique cheese mix with a lot more cheddar cheese than other places. It is delicious. The place itself is small(both locations are about the same — one in the north side of the boardwalk and one in the south side) but there is both a counter for singles and a place in the back with tables. They also have Pennsylvania Dutch Root Beer on tap, which is GREAT. If you want good pizza, Mack’s is a great choice.

I’ve had all pizza shops on the boardwalk even Sams pizza. No where Comes close to macks. It’s definitely the sauce they use, yes alittle more money but worth it. Even the macks in Ocean city just as good. Few slices of Pizza goes great with a boardwalk orangeade. For a good lunch. Or a whole pie for the family for a nice dinner. Don’t ever miss macks when you are down on the boardwalk if so you are missing out on a great slice of Pizza.

The best on the boardwalk! Have been coming here for years!!! Pizza is really big and the taste is unique from others on the boardwalk. Kind of greasy, but it makes it taste so much better

Good Pie, its your typical seasonal greaseball type pizza(ours actually soaked through the box) But Macks has stood the test of time against ALOT of competition, and rightfully so. Pizza has a nice crust to it, thin they use a good cheese as well, the pizza though… GREASY, I mean don’t wear your Sunday best slopping down a slice or 2 of Macks. But I put it up there with the best in WW!

Mack’s is a great establishment, don’t get me wrong. But there’s no way they deserve five stars in the realm of all other pizza joints out there. I understand people have been going here since they were kids, etc… but don’t let emotion get in the way of a proper review! It can be a little greasy at times, and floppy, and messy. The cheese isn’t exactly of high quality. It has a good taste and they have a good crust though. Its a good boardwalk pie for sure. I really wish they would accept credit cards at their locations, but I guess that’s a shore thing in order to recoup costs based on a short season. Overall I’d say you have to try Mack’s(or Manco’s) at least once to say you’ve done it, but there are better pizzas to be had.

It’s a tradition: a slice of thin greasy pizza and a cup of birch beer. Have your bills handy. If I’m in Wildwood, I’ll stop here. I just love that it hasn’t changed much since I was a kid. A serious time-warp in the best possible way.
