C J’s Pizza & Subs

I’m shocked by some of these reviews. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and found service was good but the pizza was really good. Dough was fresh and baked perfectly and toppings were just as good. No doubt about it, we’ll be back.

All these bad reviews on this resteraunt are so hard to believe. I have been going here on most thursdays, sundays, and Mondays just to watch the football games. Their food is delicious, I have never had an issue with the food. The pizza is great, the wings are great, the hoagies are great. The bar and dining area is always spotless and so so clean. On top of that, I couldn’t pay their waiting staff for a better service. I almost feel like they do too much for me at times. I would highly recommend going there for a quick bite to eat, or to watch football. The regulars there are so welcome and you won’t wanna leave.

Ordered delivery and the pizza was squished. The pizza also had a wet dog smell to it and I couldn’t stomach eating it. Will never eat here again. No reason to ever eat their food when there are tons of places that offer the same thing with better taste. If I could rate you less than a 1 I would.

Will never go to this place again. I went in for lunch for a second time and got the chicken wing Stromboli time which looked good but looks deceived me. It had a horrible taste and the chicken was not good at all, reminded me of snail. Sorry to write this but this two times your out. Never going back

On a good note they have pretty decent wings. Good flavor and sauce. Pizza is not horrible. They sell a mini stromboli thing that is pretty good also.
However — customer service is often really bad and they are a bit pricy.

Customer service is terrible, good food can’t make up for lack of customer service. I ordered pizza today and they didn’t bring the whole order, I called them to let them know which I wasn’t upset I was willing to pay the extra and get the food I wanted. Well they told me I was wrong and didn’t order what I said then they told me my food could get cold while I wait another 45 minutes for the whole order. When the driver came with the rest of the food he spit on my porch. I asked for a manager which was actually the owner and she treated me just as bad. So disappointed!

My review is two fold when it comes to CJ’s, first of all I have been eating here for several years and had delivery service in two other residences so I’m not biased. However they are never my first choice for pizza and wings regardless of how close they are to me geographically. The pizza is very thin, the sauce could be better and the wings are average they never had any particular food item that made me crave them. I usually ordered out of convenience, now I’m completely done eating or ordering from there because of how they handled this latest fiasco, and since they are no longer convenient, which is cool to me because i don’t miss anything about them. I will say that their customer service is severely lacking no matter how much of an upbeat tone they initially start out there conversation with. However it’s your choice just my opinion.
