Just received a new pair of glasses from this location while on a day trip with my family, and my dad managed to snap my old pair in half by accident… Whoops.
I need a super strong prescription and although there was hesitance as to whether or not I would be able to get my lenses same-​day (I live 3 hours away from this location and was in a pinch!), the staff was kind, courteous, and helpful as can be. As it turned out, the lab had the lenses I needed and I was able to pick up my sweet new Ray-​Bans in 45 minutes. On top of that, I saved about $ 150 with the promotions they were having. Thanks for saving the day, WVM LensCrafters!

Sometimes this place get packed and at those times it’s hard to get assistance if you need it, but most of the time the staff is very friendly and helpful. My Rx is super-​geeky-​strong, so my glasses must always been sent away for, but I usually get them within a week. Most Rxs can be done in an hour. They have a nice selection of frames, too.
