Out of the 4 locations in the Lehigh and Wyoming Valley, this is the very location all should learn from. Despite the«stray carts» and«rude staff», I actually quite like this location, the communication is as clear as it can get, and staff are all communicative and social. I also feel like this is an actual Wholesales Club format instead of a Walmart. Even so some things may not go as smooth, like returning items post-price change, however that is a minor detail that can be corrected through better corporate policies and rules. I also felt this location is more organized than the rest. In addition, this location is probably the best regionwide. I hope this organization and format, and clarity of communications is adapted company wide. This is how you operate a store, and in order for a business to regain customers, and keep them, this is how one should do, not be tough and rude like the Dickson City, Easton and Allentown Locations. God help and bless those locations to improve and put customers first and keep this one on top notch shape and improve it. I hope this good consistency continues for the lifetime of this location. I would love to walk out smiling with my purchase, not frowning.

Great place to shop especially for bulk stuff. If you have a big family this is for you.

This store is not worth your time. The parking lot is always full of stray carts banging into cars, the customers and cashiers are incredibly and intolerably rude, and the lines are always horrifically long, at least a twenty minute wait every time. Just like shopping at the equally horrible Wal-Mart across the street… except we pay for the priviledge. Never again.

One of the better Sam’s facilities. During certain seasons they tend to pack the isles a little too tight to maneuver the oversized carts. They should also look to assigning men to clean the bathroom during store hours. That way they don’t have to send the angry woman. We know she’s only doing her job, but she needs to understand we’re there on slightly more urgent business. It’s a good store overall. I have no problem giving them repeat business or recommending them. They don’t accept all credit cards, and it’s a membership store. So, look into that before you go.
