Love the associates here!!! They are so generous. They don’t bug you and aren’t pushy. Tiffany was so helpful! There was a purse that I really wanted but in a different color and the store didn’t carry it. She went out of her way and called another store to ship it to my house instead. Even the ladies at the other Kate spade store were amazing! Keep it up girls because I’ll be visiting again soon!

Since I live in Richmond, I don’t get to Kate Spade often; however, that is probably a blessing in disguise! haha
Since I’ve only visited this store a handful of times in the last 6 months, I can’t really say how diverse/​trendy each season’s selections are. Nevertheless, I always find way too many things I want to purchase each time I am here! I’d say some of the bags are more of an «outlet quality» and others have a more expensive retail look. All pretty good prices though. They also run specials during the holidays to make it extra affordable. They also have a great selections of wallets, clutches, and other accessories.
Another great quality about this store is the staff. Every single time I’ve been in, everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. It seems like they all enjoy their job, which is a plus!
Highly recommend checking out Kate Spade when visiting the Williamsburg Premium Outlets!

Staff was very friendly and not overwhelming or vulture-​like. Not a ton of selection in clothing… more bags and wallets than anything else.

Do you love feeling all your accessories are as fun and stylish as you? Do you love fun patterns and designs that pop? Well if you do, Kate Spade is for you. Considered one of my personal favorite brands out there, I find their high quality products withstand the test of time.
I drive all the way down to this particular store not only for the great prices and sales they have, but also for their customer service. These ladies are so super sweet. I have called many times before driving all the way from Richmond to ask if they have a product — and not only will they check but they will tell me the price if it’s on sale! I have never once walked in where I haven’t been greeted and treated well. I always find a great deal and leave knowing I was given great service.
Trust me on this one, the drive is worth it to this store! Don’t believe me? Call them as see! Last two times I’ve driven down for a product they have had 50% off sales! And, if you have AAA, you get an additional 10% off your purchase! Happy Hunting!

There’s lots of pretty stuff in here just in time for spring. Pricing is probably about right. The staff acknowledges you without being pushy.
The problem is, I couldn’t find anything I wanted to buy because the design of the purses just aren’t to my taste although they are pretty. The zipper was weird, the top exposes the contents, the handles are too big, there’s just not enough space inside… whatever the issue, design just didn’t work for me on any of their styles. Wallets on the other hand, I could’ve bought 20. But I prefer a matching bag and wallet.

Great customer service from all employees who worked today. They were all very friendly and genuine about it which made for an enjoyable shopping experience.

I love Kate Spade products, and I especially love Kate Spade products at a discount. I’ve purchased wallets, handbags, and totes from this outlet and I’ve always been pleased with my purchases.
I visited last weekend and I was less than thrilled with my experience. It wasn’t bad, don’t get me wrong, but it also wasn’t good. So that would make it average AKA A-​OK AKA 3 stars… right? Right. So I walked in hoping to find a few gift items for friends, and no one even acknowledged my presence. No «hello», no «can I help you find anything?», no nothing. Again, this isn’t the worst thing in the world — and in fact, I prefer this to pushy salespeople — BUT they had plenty of staff working on this particular Saturday, and they were not busy with other customers. When I walked in there were only one or two other customers in the shop and none of the salespeople were working with any of them. I guess the upside of this lack of acknowledgement is that it made it super easy for me to leave without any word to the staff… not that they noticed my exit anyway.
I guess the moral of the story is, if you’re looking for a great Kate Spade deal and you’re in Williamsburg, definitely stop into the outlet. If you’re looking for great customer service, keep on walking.

I absolutely adore this store. I am an Optician and sell Kate Spade glasses and wear them myself so I decided I needed a bag on my 27^th birthday! This girls were wonderful, I walked out with a brand new bag, wallet card, and makeup bag for $ 195.00. I even got a great birthday dinner recommendation as we were on vacation and didn’t know where to go. Thank you it was delicious!

Seriously– if you don’t love any and every Kate Spade store– you have no business being there. I adore all things KS and have no problem dropping a few hundred bucks once in a while. It’s good for the soul.

I really enjoyed this store. They had a wide selection of goods — go with girlfriends rather than boyfriends (I’m not sure that boys get purses, and I didn’t like feeling guilty about buying something I like — good for next time).
This store had a wide range of items, many of them were classic, and in a range of prices. They were offering between and additional 30 to an additional 60% off the lowest ticketed price. A real steal.
Definitely worth visiting!
And the staff are super nice too…
