A mom and pop Korean Chinese place. Flavor on all their dishes taste pretty authentic. When u see majority of the patrons are Asian, you are getting food not served at food courts from a mall or cheap Chinese carry out. The prices are very reasonable. So don’t come for the ambience or service. The simple menu and food is the only thing you should come for.

My favorite place in Williamsburg, you get a lot of food and the spicy honey seared chicken is to die for!

I ordered Mixed Seafood. Very disappointed. The sauce had too much thickening with cornstarch

We first walked to the restaurant and it was empty. I was second guessing our decision and then I realized it was close to their closing. All my concerns quickly disappeared as did my hunger once I tasted the spicy honey chicken, it was excellent!

Nice and cosi Korean restaurant. Really close to W&M campus. Half&half is the best. I also like the noodle with only seafood and the dumplings. My friend had the rice with chicken and vegetables, which he loves. The price is really fair too.

Came for lunch today with my aunt and uncle. Several tables were filled when we walked in. Chose our table towards the wall, instead of the window. My uncle ordered the honey seared shrimp, my aunt got the mapo tofu, and I ordered the spicy chicken. I was disappointed to see that they don’t give banchan. but oh well. My uncle’s shrimp was the best, good flavor and crunchy. My aunt’s tofu was lackluster. the sauce for hers and mine seemed identical. The tofu and sauce didn’t have a lot of flavor. Mine was okay at first, but got very salty towards the end. Wasn’t spicy, just salty and gloopy. The little salads that came with it are good. The fried rice had no flavor however. Service was okay, not shining. Would only come back to get the seared shrimp.

Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. Ordered jambong, jajangmyun, udon, and bulgogi to go. Probably bulgogi was our least favorite but still very tasty. Wife raved about how good the udon was. To me, it looked more like woolmyun. Food was ready in 15 minutes and food was great. A Korean Chinese restaurant in Williamsburg that is also very good. What more can you ask?

Spent more than 50 minutes waiting for the food to be served. I was really mad because they only served a large group of their«special customers» and let others wait! A girl from a different table and I was so shocked when we saw the servers(and a lady who seemed to be in charge of the restaurant) bring their«special customers» fruits after meal. And we still did not get anything after 40min! Complaints did not work and the server did not seem to be apologetic at all. Seriously if you are running a restaurant, treat your customers equally and politely. It is a really unfriendly restaurant I will never visit again.

Always a solid choice when in the area. In small strip mall, Ko Cha may be easy to miss upon first visiting.

Went there for lunch yesterday and my faith in there being a decent Asian food restaurant in the ‘Burg has been restored. Food was excellent, although lunch portions were not huge– so that can be good or bad. Every table was filled and at one point a couple came in and I suddenly got the feeling I had at the super popular places where people stand and stare you down. Only downside — not opened on Sunday. Would have been there at least two more times, but… alas, always on a Sunday.

Left after waiting a half our for our food. Not sure it is good but service is terrible and unapologetic. There were 4 or 5 tables there. Don’t go unless you have an hour to wait for food.

The fried rice was fine, but the main courses were just… pretty bland, honestly. Really lackluster experience. Slow service. Really don’t plan on returning here. Also, really limited menu.

For what it is, and where it is, this is a great place to get Korean-style Chinese food. Compared to the DC area, the prices here are very reasonable and the portion sizes are good too. I’ve also seen people order family-style portion versions of items listed on the menu. I’ve stuck with the more traditional Korean-style Chinese items, not the Thai menu items. This may be a specific type of cuisine not necessary well known outside the Korean community, which might explain some of the mediocre reviews on this site. Otherwise, this is a great place to have in Williamsburg. I hope this place sticks around, hence this longish review. It’s a really convenient option outside of the traditional Williamsburg fare. Personally, I’d rather go here than any Chinese restaurant in the area.

Place is nice and simple and food was tasty and very affordable. Not a lot of choices but its still good. I ordered vegetable with vermicelli noodles my husband ordered beef with vegetables, the only thing that bothered him is that they put too much onion.

This Asian fusion restaurant has a small selection of dishes, and a decent atmosphere for a small restaurant. Definitely a more«casual» restaurant. The Pad Thai was average, and a spicy, sweet chinese dish had a nice flavor but was overcooked.

Ordered the sweet and sour pork. The food was fresh and hot upon arrival. It tasted excellent. The Diet Coke didn’t have enough syrup and waited a little too long for the food to arrive. I would dine there again.

Went for lunch on a Saturday; pad thai was ok, nothing special. But waited 15 to get our order taken, they forgot our appetizer, and took 30 mins to get our food. Maybe they were just understaffed, but we were unimpressed.

I think this place in the context of Williamsburg is by far the best reminder of some Korean/Chinese dishes. Its a good place with quality service and not too hard on the wallet! Great for students lookin for a taste of common Korean/Chinese dishes :)

Good, casual Korean Chinese food. Signature dish is jjajangmyeon, wheat noodles topped with a thick sauce made of chunjang(a salty black soybean paste), diced pork and vegetables. Pretty decent.
