The staff is warm and friendly, and the frozen yogurt is great! It’s a small shop, so it can get a little crowded in the summer, but the wait is worth it!
Delicious frozen yogurt! This is the real stuff, stop going to the chains and stop by Berry Body! They have a selection of three flavors and I always enjoy them. You get a choice of three toppings, the fruit is always fresh. In the winter they even have hot chocolate. Also they do yoga classes down stairs, the cheapest rate of anyone in Williamsburg! I love going on Sunday’s at 1030 with Teresa for a nice relaxing class before my week stars. Go!

The price is reasonable compared to its competitors. Though it’s not as sweet as ice cream, frozen yogurt has more long term health benefits. They have indoor(lower level) and outdoor seating. I loved the Georgia Peach frozen yogurt! They should invest in a topping bar or expand their varieties to include coconut jelly, konnayaku jelly, maraschino cherries, japanese mochi, kit kats bits, honey, and more.

Tiny shop and very basic, but high quality fro yo in a great location by Merchant’s Square. The staff have been very friendly on both of my visits. It’s not a self serve fro yo place that’s sort of become the norm, but in some ways that’s a good thing(if you’re like me, you lose self control when helping yourself). They offer three flavors and three size options. Tart is always available, but the other two flavors rotate. Today I had the pumpkin mixed with vanilla. So good. Some of the creamiest fro yo you’ll find. Any size fro yo also comes with two complimentary toppings(small selection, but they have fresh fruit, sprinkles, candy, chocolate and nuts). Berrybody has recently expanded to offer a yoga studio in the basement. They hold classes at least 4 nights a week and have a free community class on Wednesdays.

Delicious and healthy. Great family owned business.

Unlike most frozen yogurt spots, at Berrybody an employee gets the yogurt for you and adds the toppings you select. This might feel a little constricting to people used to their experience at fro-yo places like sweetFrog(my old roommate for example). But even then she kept returning to this location, spending I, think, over $ 50, at which point I believe you get a complimentary yogurt. Since Berrybody was my first fro-yo experience, the only thing I really paid attention to was the food I was getting. But now that I’ve been to some more chains, I can say that Berrybody’s yogurt might actually taste the best(aside from maybe Honeybee Yogurt, found in Williamsburg and Newport News). I do think customers would be pleased with a wider selection of choices each day. At BB they have three flavors, which get rotated out each day. Originial tart is available every day, so really only two flavors get rotated out. But other than that I have no real reservations about recommending. Also, there’s some sort of fitness studio downstairs. Not really sure since I’ve never checked it out. But it would seem they offer fitness classes too if that’s of interest!..

Great yogurt, especially considering it’s nonfat and only 20 calories an ounce. Add the fresh fruit toppings included in the price and you’ve got yourself quite a filling and nutritious snack. Highly recommended as an alternative to Baskin Robbins across the street.

Just discovered this place and am in love! Original tart and two rotating flavors daily. You can find out today’s flavors on their Facebook page Who knew that healthy tastes so good? 1oz is 20 only calories. William and Mary students get a nice discount and they have a customer loyalty program. Prices are less than competitors that charge by the oz in my experience and it’s all natural, ALL! I may impact the healthy aspect a little with M&M’s, but come on! Doesn’t kiwi cancel them out? Friendly staff and very clean! Eight thumbs up from my three young kids and I.

Started to take off in Williamsburg until Sweet Frog opened in New Town. Now everyone I know is dedicated to Sweet Frog. I honestly do like Berrybody but for the lower price and greater selection I go to Sweet Frog.

For $ 2.50 I received the smallest soft serve cone ever. Then only upon inquiring«don’t I get three free toppings?» Was I given a cup on the side with a couple strawberries and m&ms in it. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

It’s an alright place. I have heard many many complaints about the owner and her attitude(as in, it’s the first thing they mention when this place is brought up) but I have not experienced any myself. They usually have 3 flavors, which you can see ahead of time on their Facebook page, and you can add a few toppings to it. Overall it’s good, but a little expensive. You can’t really hang out in there and eat, however. There are often yoga classes downstairs; you’re better off just walking around Colonial Williamsburg and enjoying it.

Good yogurt, unfortunately there is nowhere to sit inside other than a bench, which can be awkward when its just you and the worker there. I tried sitting inside to beat the almost 100 degree heat, but I just felt weird so I sat outside under a awning. I like the tart yogurt with walnuts + m&ms.

I might be in love! Berrybody opened not so long ago in this downtown Williamsburg location, but the warm weather has been drawing the crowds lately. Three flavors«on tap» every day, including Original Tart, Green Tea, and a surprise in rotation(recent choices include Mocha, Peach Mango, Chocolate, Pomegranate Raspberry, Blueberry Acai, Blackberry, Banana, Cheesecake, Strawberry…). Plus, a huge range of toppings, from fresh fruit, nuts and granola, to candy, marshmallows and cookies. I like to get a large to share(10 oz. and less than 200 calories, if you’re counting). Delicious! Friend Berrybody on Facebook for heads-ups on flavors and deals.
