I’m not really a gym person and I’ve always found the weight machines to be rather intimidating. That’s why I really like training with Jowanda. During the one hour session, all her attention is always focused on you. Jowanda is super patient, taking time to explain each step, why you’re doing it and correcting any mistake you make along the way. She also gives you feedback on how you’re doing and give you achievable goals to work towards. I’ve been training with Jowanda for a few months now and I am surprised by how quickly I’ve been able to increase my strength, shed pounds, lose body fat and gain muscles.. She changes up each session so you get to work on different muscles each time. Even though I may feel a little sore the next day, overall I definitely feel a lot more energized than before. I definitely recommend her for anyone who wants to get healthier, stronger and more energized. Jowanda is the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. Her enthusiasm and encouragement are key. Jowanda is definetelly a trainer you should try.

Maximum28 is amazing. I was never motivated to take group classes until M28 came into my life. Now I’m going 4 times a week. The price is unbeatable and the instructors are top notch. I love how one day I’m practicing MMA and the next doing cardio and weights. It’s definitely never boring!

I love maximum 28! It kicks my butt and motivates me to keep up a healthy and active lifestyle. The trainers are great and always pushing us in the best ways.
