I am a student at W&M, and I have used this service for over one year now and am very satisfied. A reviewer complained about damaged/​lost clothing, but I cannot say they have ever failed to return clothing to me or damaged anything I owned. That said, it is important you understand what your getting. Do they sometimes skimp a bit on the detergent? Are your shirt collars returned incorrectly folded? Yes, but remember: this place lets me text them in incomplete sentences to ask for service, picks up and delivers next day for FREE, and most of all is cheaper than doing the equivalent weight of laundry in the schools $ 1.50 machines. LITERALLY CHEAPER THAN DOING IT YOURSELF. Why don’t you take that money you saved using We Do It 4 U and have your nice items dry cleaned? I recommend this service to my friends and anyone who could benefit from cheap delivery bulk laundry service.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LAUNDRY HERE! They poured bleach on a pair of my pants and refused to compensate me. This is a horrible horrible place and I will do everything in my power to spread this word.

We are vacationers with kids and loads of laundry. This place was awesome – cheap, convenient and friendly service. They deliver and pick up at our resort at no charge. They made it possible for mom to relax on a family vacation!
