Bojangles

Great food, service left a little something to be desired. The rice is delicious, I’d forego the green beans, but the boberry biscuits are to die for. We were served everything but our plates and were told they would be brought out to us. It took a good five minutes for us to get them, but they weren’t that busy.

I had the chicken supreme and it was good. Chicken had good flavor with the seasoned fries, oh don’t forget the ranch.

This Bojangles is the bee’s knees!

I was asked upon arrival how I was doing with a smile and was then continuously greeted with cheer and kindness from each and every staff member I encountered afterwards. Everyone asked how we were doing and wished us a good day,
Down to the lady who walked past us as we were eating that said how’s everything tasting? We replied delicious, she then said «Good to hear it, what a great day, happy to be alive! »
I currently live in NYC so this was head over heels southern hospitality at its best. I just nodded to myself and thought its good to be back in my home state.
Now on to the food which is just as great as the people who are making it and serving it well. It is an absolute tradition to stop at the Williamston Bojangles because it is simply the best one the entire drive to the Outer Banks, also conveniently located at a halfway point between Raleigh and OBX so their clean restrooms are a welcome relief.
4 Chicken Supremes (chicken fingers), seasoned fries, biscuit and a drink — $ 5.89 (THATS A DEAL RIGHT THERE!)
This is the best combo meal that there ever was and ever shall be! Honey Mustard dipping sauce and a BoBerry biscuit or cinnamon twist for dessert and you can check off pure blissful satisfaction on my list.

I arrived there before 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Good timing, because «the rush» came soon after. I had a steak biscuit and an egg, bacon & cheese biscuit, plus a bowl of grits and sweet tea. Bojangle’s was efficient and friendly, and the food was a great start to my morning.
Nice «new» touch was complimentary wi-​fi.
