IHOP

Just stopped in to IHOP at 4:00pm on a Sunday. The place was empty. Maybe 5 tables had people at them and it took our order 45 minutes to come out. That is unacceptable anywhere and especially at an IHOP. We had three people at our table, one ordered pancakes, one ordered crepes, and the last ordered a sandwich.
I wanted to give it 2 stars but our waitress was nice and our food was fine (minus the fries being undercooked). But really there is no reason an empty chain restaurant should take 45 minutes to bring out 3 entrées.

I have to say this is the worst IHOP ever the food was awful the service slow. The worst and I will no go back

The waiter named Que was fantastic. Pancakes absolutely delicious. .Double blueberry yummy indeed. We will return

Food was always great when I went, I usually get the Belgian waffle covered in bananas, pecans, and vanilla cream sauce. The service, however, could be a little faster. It’s always pretty slow even on busy mornings.

Came in this morning with my girlfriend. We were seated quickly and our server John was excellent. He was very friendly and quick to serve us. He also made sure our coffee stayed full (and we had a lot). Food was very good as well. Look forward to coming back.

Worst service ever. Waited in a nearly empty restaurant for 15 minutes and were never acknowledged by the staff. Right before we walked out another group walked in and were immediately seated. The staff walked by us several times but never asked to seat us. Maybe we were a threatening grouo with the 3 year old, visually impaired young man, mommy and granparents. Farm life.

Advertise NO WIFI!!! 12 min to get coffee, once other party arrived another 5 to get coffee cup. Eggs over easy means yolk. Several employees gathered in corner laughing it up, not sure what they are waiting for. BAD first and last experience.

Our server Martin was great. We’ve been several times & in the past we had terrible service. It could be because it was new. Sometimes when it comes new locations it takes a few months to get cinks. We did give it another try & third time was charm. We will definitely be back.

First of all this is a chain restaurant so my expectations are not high. This is a good ihop compared to some o the other I have gone to. Expect a bit of a wait during peak breakfast time. They will tell you 20 minute wait. I think that is their standard but the wait was longer. The wait staff seemed a little younger than the typical diner wait staff. Service was good though. Food was good, typical iHOP quality.

In this area! I’ve been craving IHOP buttermilk pancakes and hated driving very far away. It is Ihop, you should already know what you’re getting when you walk in the door. Being said as far as IHOPs go this is cleaner and more spacious than most. And the décor is very soothing. No complaints at all I was pleasantly surprised to see scrapple on the menu.
I will definitely be back.

This place is dirty and the wait time because you order bacon with your meal is stupid and hair in food what can I say

We went to have breakfast with the kids just before 11am Saturday. They were busy and said it would be 15 – 20 minutes to be seated. We waited 45 minutes to be seated, they took many parties of 2 and 3 ahead of us. We had 5.
After we were seated we waited another half hour for our food. The waitress was very unapologetic and not service oriented. Her name was Aleisha and she had that «I couldn’t care less» attitude.
They do offer two free sides with every meal annoyance and frustration.
After we asked for the check we waited another 20 minutes… I could have watched a whole episode of «What’s Happening» during that time, Hey, Hey, Hey!
The whole ordeal was over two hours of frustration. Like sitting through a viewing of Waterworld. Not the kind of experience your looking for when you drop $ 60 for what should be a fun time out. This place has major issues, I hope they can pull it together at some point bug we won’t be back anytime soon. In two hours we didn’t see the manager, it was on auto pilot I guess.

C’mon it’s ihop. Place is clean. Service was great (Kim) and all u can eat pancakes. What’s not to love. Love the Ihop.

I have a very positive experience food is delicious service is very pleasant nice atmosphere What else can I add. Also, I really enjoy the different flavor syrups, they are old fashion, blue berry, strawberry and butter pecan, yum!

Home visiting family for the holidays and on my last day we decide to go out to breakfast. Big mistake. We arrived around 8:45a, before the crowd, and as I sit here writing this at 9:45a, we still have not received our food. Our server, Marty, is barely awake, and no where to be found. This IHOP a cannot survive on name alone, and if service doesn’t improve, it will fail.

Absolutely horrible! Pancakes were burnt and stale! Service was horrible! I threw up after eating here. It took and hour and a half for burnt pancakes! We got up and walked out. Dont go here drive the extra distance to go to the Berlin or mays landing IHOP!

This is the 4^th visit to this location. Each time we go the service gets WORSE! My co-​workers and I go Thursday mornings before work. We work for a doctor so we are all in the same scrubs. Obviously we are on a time crunch.. This morning we waited FIFTEEN MINUTES before anyone even acknowledged we were sitting there! While 5 of the servers were standing by the kitchen doors gossiping! When our server Lyzbeth finally got around to taking our order the food came rather quickly. During our meal she never came back to check on us. She was standing at the kitchen doors gossiping until my Co worker began putting her coat on. She then brought us the check! The building is nice and clean and convenient for us to meet at because it’s a central location between all of our homes. Before this one was built we would go to the one on 73 in Marlton. I have to say, it’s worth the longer ride to go to the Marlton location! The service there was always exceptional! The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is the cleanliness, setup and location! We WON’T be returning there for breakfast again!

Really nice IHOP. Clearly it’s very new. The service was very good. The wait was short. Lilliana, Liz and Kim were extremely attentive (they use teams of servers) for Sunday breakfast. Since its an IHOP, it’s not like there’s anything all that different in the menu, but the food was really good. Nice and hot, not greasy. My wife had an omelette and I had the sampler. We would definitely eat here again. Apparently a lot of people come here for Birthday breakfasts as there were three times when staff came out clapping singing Happy Birthday. Ignore the reviewers that talk about bad smells and other nonsense. They only have one post so they have some kind of axe to grind. This place is fine.

First time service was very slow,
Because it’s new, I let that pass
2^nd time 11÷30÷14
There was hair in our food and not one but 4 plates
Inexcusable !!!
I will not return

Nice and clean new facility! Food is not greasy as some of the other IHOPs we’ve been too. We had a good time!
