Jin House

Decent food. Fast delivery. Good prices. Better than some on the other places in town. I really like being able to order online. It makes it super easy to pay with my card and leave tip.

Jin Houses is a great place for Chinese food. I’ve been there a few times and the food is consistently good. The price was reasonable and they were quick to deliver. The family has ordered a variety of items and we are always satisfied. The portions are plentiful and even have enough for leftovers, which to me is even better the second day. They also utilize GrubHub which is not my style, but convenient.

Flat out the food was tasty. We got delivery which was fairly quick. It was a bit pricey which all chinese food is nowadays. Got Veg Lo Mein, sesame beef, my 2 young boys and I loved it, my wife got curry chicken which was a bit spicy for her, she thought it was OK, but she’s also pregnant!
I do have to say, (disclaimer-​this could be totally coincidence or it could be the reason), to me it feels like it warrants enough to write this in my review. After the 3 times we ate this food in as many days (leftovers), each time I had pretty severe pains in my stomach area. Could be a coincidence, could be the MSG, but I had sharp gas type pains after eating this. Again, I felt it happened too many times to not put this in this review. If your looking for tasty chinese food however, they def do have it in my opinion. BTW, the girl on the phone was very lifeless.

The food is fresh and very good! Iv always had a good experience with the staff, and the delivery guy (who comes bare footed in the summer) is fast and reliable! Great food, great service!!!

The absolute worst sushi I have ever had, even the rice was terrible. It was inedible, I had to throw it away. This was worse than grocery store sushi. Extremely disappointing. Chicken lo mein wasn’t terrible, but very bland.

This was my wife and Is first time ordering from here. While the prices are a little steep, the food is amazing, and they have the nicest selection of vegetarian food anywhere. The mock spicy beef is amazing.

The owners and workers at this place are some of the most miserable people I have ever encountered in my life. Worst customer service EVER. Food is mediocre and not worth the horrible customer service. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

For those who just crave the typical Chinese take-​out, Jin House is a reliable source. Their quality has been consistent from my experience. They aren’t exactly claiming to be an authentic Chinese restaurant, so I give them some pass. It’s not healthy, obviously. It’s not something you should eat on a daily or even weekly basis.
The food is quickly prepared, ready in about 15 minutes, at least from my experience. A recommendation for those who have bad wait times: (1) don’t have your order delivered, and (2) don’t order online (i.e. use a phone). It’s the suburbs. I inherently expect businesses in the suburbs to provide sub par services. Nothing like the city — improving operations/​services is a competitive advantage in an area with multiple competing businesses.

I agree with earlier reviews… used to be great. Now the Jin house is just greasy, overpriced and bland. Ridiculous wait times if your food comes at all. Tonight’s online ordering did not go do well. Food never showed and staff had many excuses but not solutions. Time to find a new Chinese place.

I personally love this place. I am very particular and they do a wonderful job. I love that they use GrubHub so I can order online and write exactly what I want. It is nice because it completely eliminates the language barrier that is sometimes present with ordering ethnic cuisine.

Disappointing. Used to be so great but now just pathetic. I used to adore the fried dumplings, but now they’re greasy and bland. Not worth it at all!
