Oh boy if you like baked goods, you’re going to go bananas in this place. The whole Stoltzfus complex is awesome, but the bakery is really the crowning glory of their operation. The bakery is sandwiched descretely between the produce shop and the butcher, so if you pass it by, you’re a fool.
They have dessert breads that will make you weep… peach, apple, raisin, etc… lattice top strawberry rhubarb pies, country apple pies, poppy rolls, muffins as big as your face, cakes look like you could gain weight just from looking at them. apple fritters… mmmmm I got a free one with a coupon YAY!!! Homemade bread. I brought home so much stuff I don’t know how we’re going to eat it all without getting sick. I’m gonna go gorge myself now… lucky me!!!
